Tt was a replacement for another. However it is a different one but it is OK and I have ordered a recipe book for $29.99. My husband will not wear his bottom teeth and this has been the answer. Thank you. I sure could have used the $100.00 of free groceries as I did not get any with the 1st one and we are elderly 82 and 84 and on a fixed income. Thank you for your inquiry Aquila Shaw

When I ordered...I was told I needed to pay for the pot cover that said it would be come with pressure cooker. It was a gimmick to me...Before I knew it I was paying for magazines then a trip I will be cautious the next time I order something. I am not happy with the other things that go along with it. It was a ploy to get me to buy other things that have nothing to do with the pressure cooker and will be unacceptable in the future. I am not happy and overwhelmed.

The person that took my call was very non professional, because I didn't like the fact that she kept on and kept on trying to sell me items that I didn't need after I kept informing her that I didn't need those items, and to my understanding I was supposed to receive a free pan along with the lid that she charged me for and I don't have the pan nor the lid, so I may end up sending this product back.

I really liked it because it’s big, everything was great until it started leaking all my water from lid. I try returning it bc I had bought warranty. It would cost me an arm and a leg to return. I ask for a label they said no. I thought it was crazy but nothing I can do. I am hoping with a gasket replacement will stop leaking. I paid 6.99 for that. This really makes me upset bc it didn’t last a year before it started giving me problems.

It was missing a gasket so it did not work right. I called and ordered the gasket and it cost me $6.99 for it. The woman wanted to know where I had bought the cooker and I told her it was a gift. She said I couldn't get a free replacement gasket unless I had the receipt. I said I didn't have the receipt so she said it would cost me $6.99 for a replacement. I told er it was not a replacement because the gasket was missing and never came with the cooker. It still cost me that much.

Quality seems great, we have purchased your products from Tri-Star 3 times now, nice but wont be using for awhile, then we'll know how good it is. I also have a competitor's product, the smaller Insta-pot,for smaller meals and love it. I was very disappointed a package slip was not sent with your product, not good. Jim

Ordering went well. The operator seemed to know what I wanted. It then took two days to get any response for the order. It did seem to be acurate and correct. But it has been 3-4 days later and no other information to me. Unacceptable!!! Amazon would have my order at my doorstep by now. I don't even have any delivery time yet.

My power pressure cooker did not come without a float valve. upon receiving it for a Christmas gift. I called in on new years day and the lady I talked to said they would send it free of charge. 15 days later on 1/15, I called to check on the status of the order. They had no sign of my order. I called in and got the "home Tri-Star" customer service. They told me it was to bad and wanted to charge me $6.99 to ship it. I said no and called back later in the day. I got the customer service office in Ohio. Friendly, great to work with and understanding. However, instead of sending the floater valve gasket, they sent me the lid gasket. I called back today on 1/24, exactly 1 month since I received the cooker. The lady told me to bad and I would have to pay $6.99. I disagreed and told her this was power preassure cookers mistake and I should not have to pay anything for me. She told me she wouldn't do that and was very nasty. Finally she asked what I wanted you to do. I told her replace the part your product didn't come with free of charge and again said we cant do that. My in-laws bought 4 power pressure cookers, and little did we know, they are backed with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now don't know if I can take it back to the place that it was bought because we have waited for 40 days for you to make it right and it wasn't done. I will now have to find a way around the return policy but rest assured you will receive your unit back. I will try other pressure cookers that are similar on the market and will recommend others not to buy this brand because of the poor experience and the companies inability to back there product. Very disappointed and but know that I will make sure that I return it.

When purchasing this I was offered a pkg to purchase additionally which included the ladle, steam collector and measuring cup. Low and behold those items come with the purchase. I reported it to the better business bureau.

U guys mispelled my last name and also I called your regular number to have my last name corrected, but it is still mispelled. Its supposed to be Cipriaso and not Citpriaso or Cipraso

I've only used it twice and both times went well. I made a 3 lb roast - followed the directions and I don't feel it was quite done.
