“The quality of the fire glass wasn’t the same as past fire glass purchase. The pieces were much smaller. Past purchase of same glass was larger pieces. Service was 5 star, product was 2 star.”

“The glass guard was exactly as pictured and described online. High quality hardware pieces. I was happy to discover that once assembled it is sturdy and can easily be lifted as one piece because we use it when we have the fire on and remove it and put a solid piece of lass in it Place as a cover and to enable us to use our table for cocktails, etc...”

“While I received an order confirmation immediately after online purchase, I received no other updates until I called a week later at which point I was informed that it was held up to give me a lower price (still not sure what that new, lower price is) and that my order was now approved for shipping (yahoo!). It’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m still waiting as the links on the shipping update email don’t work Hopefully the new price and quality of the product will pleasantly surprise me.”
