“I ordered without speaking to someone from the company. Made a few errors on what I wanted and how I placed my order. I was contacted and wow were they helpful. Not only did he go out of his way to help me correct my own error but he went out of his way to help me return what I didn’t want. I can’t express how kind and personal they are. I would recommend anyone to purchase from this company and if you are unsure .... just call them.”

“Team was great, i appreciate the recommendation to move up to the 60,000 BTU fire pit (versus 45K). Everything arrived in good shape and it is installed and working fine! It's great! two recommendations to StarFire: it did take 8 weeks for it to arrive…literally to the day, so i would position 8 weeks with your customers, if it arrives sooner that is great. this way they are not disappointed in waiting. second, i would really emphasize that the propane tank does not come with the unit (i knew that)…maybe in one of your courtesy emails while awaiting delivery, remind the customer that they need to purchase their propane tank (so they can be ready when it arrives). Overall, i have already recommended StarFire to my friends!”

“Happy to write this review! I decided to direct call and seek advise from Star Direct and the young man was super helpful in directing me to the correct size and color of glass for my new propane fire pit. I had found a pre-assembled mix, Caribbean Blue, for my pit, but it was SOLD OUT. (As many of my choices were due to COVID) But, he was able to help me find my preferred colors separately, and helped me order EXACTLY what I wanted. He suggested pros and cons of various shapes of glass (really no cons, just preference). I am beyond satisfied and love my fire pit! The product arrived quickly as promised, gorgeous colors (dark blue, aquamarine, and green). The glass sparkles and truly looks like rippling seawater in the moonlight while lit. Being in Colorado, it’s nice to see the sea in a landlocked state! Beautiful decision to purchase from Star Direct!”

“I had no idea that I would have such success with buying online from a company I didn’t know. “I wasn't informed of possible delays in shipping until after I had paid for my items. There was no communication about shipping and on the Contact Us page it stated that emailed questions wouldn't get a response for 3-5 business days.”
