“Before ordering I talked with a sales person who walked me though all the parts I would need to build a firepit. I was assured the parts would arrive in roughly a week. It took about two weeks but two packages of equipment did arrive. As I unpacked everything though, I found out that one piece was out of stock and a hand written note said it would arrive in two weeks. I called and was told it would take another week to get back in stock and then another week to ship it to me. I pointed out that the website said the part was in stock and in the end it was shipped to me with two day shipping and arrived today. I also ordered a 60" propane tank line in my original order but a 36" line was delivered with no message as to why. When I called I was told the 60" was no longer available and if I wanted that length I would need to source it myself. The person I talked to suggested Amazon which I used (which was cheaper and delivered in one day). A ticket was opened in order to get a refund on the 60" line, but I have heard nothing since it was opened on 9/21. The parts I have received do seem to be very high quality though.”

“Great service, great product! The starfire team kept on close contact regarding delivery, several communications in the days before the delivery. The firepit is gorgeous, easy to set up, and really nice to sit out in the yard by a fire! Packaging was incredible, there's no way this thing could have broken en route unless the truck ran it over.”

“I received my fire pit but not the cover that was to be included. I was not notified that this would be shipped separately. I called and they said it was on backorder until the end of September. I shouldn't have to call you! Now I have received an email that the other part of my order, which I did know was shipping separately had been shipped completing my order. No it is not! Really you need to do a better job with communication. I spent a lot of money. The least you can do is keep track of what is supposed to ship and when then let me know.”

Ellen, We're very sorry you weren't notified that the free fabric cover would be shipping separately. Normally we have plenty of these covers in stock to ship with the fire pit, but this year has been quite demanding on supply chain and we ran out of stock earlier this year. We have plenty more on order, and it would've shipped automatically once we receive our shipment, regardless of you reaching out. I've gone ahead and upgraded your cover to the OW Lee brand cover for your fire pit which is in stock and should ship within the 5-10 business days. “I may not be your main type of customer, as I was looking for crushed glass for crafting purposes (resin pieces). I wish that there was not a 10 pound minimum order requirement (per color). I’d gladly purchase 1 or 2 pounds of 10 different colors, but I don’t need a big quantity of just one color.”

Tisch, We apologize for this. Normally, USPS comes to us every day for pick up, but we recently noticed that they haven't been coming at all. We have many shipments that will go out today for sure, while we figure out why USPS stopped coming. Again, our apologies.

“I love the ease of the website, but was disappointed at the time of arrival. Ordered the item on 8/9 and it's just now out for delivery today 9/16. Chatting with employees was great and they were kind enough to respond. Their hands were tied due to back ordered item, but was a little frustrating that the 7-10 business days started when it arrived to their warehouse, not the shipping date.”

“wow. the product is stunning, heavy duty, affordable, and it shipped out so quickly we are just absolutely thrilled. Can't say enough. i highly recommend the copper color, which looks like a flame is inside each one when the lighting is right. wow.”
