“The propane fire pit that came with a patio furniture set I was given had an air mixer that was just abs open section in the tubing and all the burner holes faced down. The old burner wouldn’t burn clean and even after adjustment the flame would progress back and ignite under the table at the mixer. I replaced with a Starfiire unit and it has a nice Venturi mixer and is very well built. It fit perfect in my existing fire pit table and worked great. Nice clean burn and very safe. I’m very pleased with the burner assembly.”

“Prior to purchase, everything was confirmed to be in stock. I was promptly notified my order arrived. However the most important item, the burner kit was back ordered? With no explanation or delivery date? I can't really recommend as of yet. Seems I left out just hanging?”

“After being told our firepit would be complete and delivered to us in 12-16 weeks, it did not arrive for 8 months or 29 and a half weeks!! During this time we continued to receive advertisements for the exact firepit that we had ordered. There was little communication and when I was finally able to get a response from our salesman, I was told we could get half of our deposit back until it arrived which did us no good because that credit card was paid off and expired. Never again!”

“Let me start with the positive. We purchased one of the Vin de flame fire tables and it is beautiful. It's definitely a conversation piece. The bad would be Starfire's customer service. The order stated 6-8 weeks for delivery but actually ended up being just over 3 months. Had it not been for my numerous calls to Starfire I don't know that I would have ever heard from them with an update as to the delay in production and shipping. The table itself I would give 5 stars but Starfire only gets 3 stars for their customer service.”

“Buying my fire pit from Starfire Direct was a really great experience! From ordering through delivery, everyone was very friendly and knowledgable which made things very pleasant and made me confident that everything was going to turn out ok which it did. The fire pit itself is really beautiful and exceeded my expectations (which were based on the online photographs). Oh, and the fact that it was delivered a mere 10 days after I ordered it…amazing!!”
