“Do NOT order from this business. I purchased a firepit from them in May. It is now September and I haven’t received it. The company has been telling me “it’s in the mail” for months now and I’m beginning to think they may be a fraudulent organization. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!”

“When I called with a few initial questions, the sales person said to call him back directly and he could give me an additional discount because of month end. He never returned my call. The order took double the time quoted to get my firepit (order June 4 and received it 08/30). And to find out the status of my order, I had to place several calls, left messages and no one ever returned my call. The only positive about Starfire is the firepit finally arrived yesterday and it was packed very well. Definite customer service issues.”

“I ordered on a Friday and cancelled the order with 1 hour (after I found out I didn’t need the items). I completed the online cancel form and even received an email that the form was received. However the following week the order was Still processed and then shipped. Very frustrating as I gave plenty of time for the order to be cancelled.”

“We absolutely love our Fire Pit Table! The product itself (Powder Coated 60x32 Rectangle Mill LPT) is gorgeous and gives out great heat from the hidden propane tank. We live in Iowa and two weeks ago experienced an unusaul derecho storm with 85 mph winds. While neighbors lost tree limbs and trampolines, our fire pit table didn't move from our backyard patio. The customer service I received was exceptional - from Steven, Guillermo, Baruch and Jonathan- eveyone was very professional, accomodating and so friendly! We couldn't be happier with Starfire Direct and have advised friends to support this small hard working company who does a fantastic job!”

“It was disappointing that the fire place didn’t arrive for nearly 4 months with hardly any communication about the ETA. The delivery people only brings the item to your curb... had to hire movers... ultimately I am very happy with the fireplace but I will probably not order from this company again.”

“We have not received the second set of samples as of yet, but Starfire Direct did ship us some more samples. Apparently our samples were lost and we could see that the shipment had not moved in over a month. I'm glad they sent new samples; it's been difficult waiting for samples for our empty firepit. Very excited to see them. Glad Starfire did respond back to us - that's the kind of customer service that we should all expect!”

“Have been wanting to return the product I purchased. Starfire direct was prompt in the beginning with the claim, but I have not heard anything since. The product is nothing like in pictures or what was described and charged $150. Fire pit rocks came and they look like small bbq briquettes. Starfire direct is just a middle man and has to contact vender for return. This is the reason for the long wait. Therefore I will not recommend or use star fire direct again. I just want a refund!”
