“I see very little difference in the dust in my house. I placed it in two different locations. The fan is too loud and circulates the dust. I wouldn’t recommend this product or purchase another one.”

“This is my honest review, I really do like the air purifier. As a matter of fact, I purchased a 2nd one for my son-in-law who has allergies. I also purchased a nother filter for my air purifier. I had read in the description about the filters that they will last 6 months or you get a new filter for free. Well, my filter lasted about 3 to 4 months. So I contacted the company & told them about it & asked for my free filter. Yeah, there was all kinds of excuses why they couldn't send me out my free air filter. So now I will have to purchase another air filter. That is my only complaint so far. Otherwise I do really like it.”
“Hi, we have had our Sterra Moon air purifier for just over a month and it has improved our air quality tremendously!!! We have 3 cats and as you could imagine they have a lot of hair and dander along with our own. This device has reduced the amount of particulates in the air and there is virtually no dust on anything!!! It took several weeks to be delivered but was worth the wait! Instructions should be added to the manual on how to manually make the Sterra Moon air purifier perform its work. Thanks Sterra for a great product!!!”

“Great experience Hunter was our salesman and made the extra effort to find a vehicle the wasn't on Sterra's lot the day we went to purchase a vehicle. Sterra found the exact vehicle we wanted through a different Toyota dealership and arranged a trade of one of their vehicles on there lot for the vehicle we wanted, and had a Sterra employee pick the vehicle up and bring it to Sterra's lot. “My new moon unexpectedly turn red with high air flow. I turned it off, inspected the filter, dusted exterior and read the instructions.
When I restarted it was normal again.
I would have liked and requested a phone # but only received an email requesting a video!
