Beautiful print - the 1st of many planned orders to decorate our new business premises, all was well until I requested a VAT invoice which they failed to provide with all the legally required information on even though I gave them the information they need to add on to it by law, simple things like their address! as a result if you're a business you can't claim the VAT back. Despite e-mails requesting a legally valid invoice they couldn't provide one and eventually rudely told that was all they could do. Extremely poor customer service and have reported them to HMRC for acting illegally. Also if you do order from them expect to get inundated with marketing e-mails every day!

I ordered 3 A3 portrait prints on Sept 12th 2017. A few days later i got an email to say they had been dispatched but i was unable to track the order with the reference number given. After 2.5 weeks i sent SB a mail asking what had happened to my order to be told that the supplier would redispatch... Now after 5 weeks I have received the order and only one of the 3 prints is correct. One of the prints is landscape and the wrong picture and another is just not the print i ordered. After 5 weeks of waiting i am far from happy...

Ordered a 30x30 canvas for my mother’s birthday while on a half price offer. It arrived and the image itself was beautiful, but the quality of the canvas was shocking. The image was stretched unevenly onto the edges of the canvas and there was also a chip out the edge. I complained and was advised they would send me a replacement and I could donate the faulty one to a charity of my choice. When I received the replacement I was shocked, it was worse than the original complaint. The Steven Brown signature was wrapping round the edge of the canvas this time. I complained again and received poor customer service. I think they really need to invest in a half decent supplier. The quality is cheap and nasty and most definitely not worth £150!! Really disappointed.

I have admired these for a while and decided to treat myself to a 30x30 canvas when on offer for £75 (glad I didn't pay full price) when it arrived a day later than expected and I opened I feel it looks cheap and it is not very tight over the frame and overlap is not even, let's hope the cushions I ordered are better quality and hopefully the canvas looks better when on wall, very disappointed

I decided to order an A1 print from the website last week. The product arrived on Friday but was actually given the A3 print instead. I then emailed the customer service department and was given a rapid response. The matter was dealt with professionally and I was even allowed to keep the A3 version for any inconvenience. So i have no issue in providing Steven Brown Art with a 5 star rating, despite this minor inconvenience.

Update on my previous review: Prints have now been received and look fantastic. SB Customer services have been excellent today in chasing up and checking that I had received the final part of my order, and have refunded the postage element due to the original order delayed delivery issues. Thanks guys, it was a much appreciated gesture. Suddenly feeling very much better about SB Art, and though I should let you know :) ... and I cant wait to get the art on the wall.

Ordered 6 signed limited edition prints, a print on a board and a mug, all as gifts for various family and friends, with expected delivery of 7-10 days. I received an email accepting my order and three days later an email saying the first of my items was dispatched. By the end of the first week, all items had been dispatched, but clearly from different suppliers. The Board print arrived in 3 days, and the mug within a week. However, despite having a Royal Mail tracking number, the Royal Mail site could not verify the final part of the order as being collected. I contacted SB customer service by email after 10 days from dispatch - 3 days to replay and they stated that the package WAS with Royal Mail. I called the SB customer service and was told by the SB rep that Royal mail has 'had a bin of post stolen'?!! and that my order might have been in there. I have emailed and called again looking for an update, and been told that the 7-10 days is 'working days' and that my delivery will be on time, even though we are now on working day 15!! Latest: I now have a new [4th] part to my order - not sure what it is as order tracker is unclear, but I assume its my prints, and at last they are with Royal Mail - at a sorting office in Heathrow, London?! Printed in China? - after the last 3 weeks, it wouldn't surprise me. SB - you guys got off to such a good start, but the really poor customer email and call service and attention / honesty / openness to customer inquiries really lets you down. I am confident I will get my prints now, but I sent a lot of money and expect a much better level of information and transparency.

I ordered an A1 print framed. It took a while to arrive but was well packaged. Although it is a good frame, I felt the cost was a little steep but as the print was reduced it made up for it. For anyone wishing to buy, A1 frames can be found for a fraction of the price. His style of painting is actually quite common and if you look around you can see other artists that paint in a similar style. Limited edition prints include his signature but it is a printed signature, not the real thing, you need to be aware of that. His art is colourful though maybe at times the colour is somewhat subdued, it will vary for different prints. I would never have paid full price for a print and the constant sale makes you wonder exactly how many limited edition prints were made. In my view, not an investment at all. There are no critic reviews of his art, so I guess at present he is just reaching out and getting himself known. Having said all that, I am very pleased with my print and will purchase more. It's up to you to decide whether you like his work enough to wait a little while to receive it.

I saw a promotion for prints on the 16th August 2017. I bought six. Delivery time said up to 7-10 days. It is now the 30th August and I have heard nothing. I sent a message on the 25th August and got no response. Yet my email is getting spammed with promotion after promotion. Feel completely ripped off. Wonderful word completely ruined with abysmal service.

I ordered two prints on the 13th August 2017 and am yet to hear why they havent been delivered. Very poor customer service

Very disappointed with the delivery time for these prints to arrive .I ordered these on 14 th of August now the 27th and still no prints. Customer service was poor and said I will just have to wait for them to arrive. Hope they are worth the wait.

I have always loved the artwork from Steven Brown and to find he had a 50% off sale was the icing on the cake, also there is a huge range of merchandise to choose from with his unmistakable and featuring his delightful artistry

Large canvas artwork had the frame slightly twisted. After photos sent, a replacement was delivered within tge week.
