“Honestly if I can give a negative rating I would gladly give them one. The online service was appalling not only was it unhelpful but disgustingly rude.
Coming from a foreign country where there's always half inch for any shoe size. Only to find there's none in this country as I am 11 and a half inch.
Sent a message regarding this issue only got an useless unhelpful answer from this girl named Maddie.
After messaging a bit more only to find she ignored my message but had opened and read it but still no reply for almost a week.
Desperately needed a shoe as my shoes were torn and broken I went and bought a 12 inch just to find it was way too big.
Trying to learn the process of their shoe exchange only to find that my message was opened but ignored yet again until I got a bit mad and showed a bit hostility considered they were wasting my time.
Got a response from a girl named Emma who did not apologise for wasting a customer's time rather she had the nerve of steel to threaten me that my anger was not justified and if I continue they will refuse to help me like F OFF!!!
Do you even know how customer service work??? I've worked in this field had customer screamed at me cause he couldn't wait for a min to get his ice cream or being called racial slurr because I can't provide free power due to being a long time customer etc.
Refusing a service to a customer just because their angry is utterly despicable from Stirling Sports just who the hell are y'all hiring these days??? Bunch of buffoons with no clue what customer service is!?!?!?

“I ordered some stuff on click & collect online. They send me a text on Wednesday says that my order is ready to pickup. I went there, they said that the bag is there but it's not yet ready to pick. I went there again on Friday , they said that part of the order has come in and the rest is not yet in so I won't be able to pick it up. Like what the hell! Waste my patrol and my time going in there again and again because they have sent me the email confirmed that my order is ready to pick up. “So I ordered a pair of shoes on this website last week on Wednesday and paid 10$ for 1-2 day shipping, which was not the case waited at home all day Friday then I checked the parcel tracking online and it was still in the depot and they don't deliver on the weekends so Iv had to wait until Monday and they still havent arrived yet. “My advice is to never buy online from Stirling Sports, and instead to shop instore.
I ordered two sweatshirts online for $100. I made sure to read the 'Returns and Exchange FAQ's' to make sure that I could take them in to my local store in Taupo, and swap for a bigger size if necessary. However, when I went to the store to try and exchange one of my items for a bigger size, the store manager informed me that because of the GST, she would lose money, and that she therefore could not do the swap. I found it hard to understand, as the exact same items were priced exactly the same instore???Very disappointed and wont be shopping online again.”
