“The purchasing process was excellent . The sale's man knew what I was talking about . However , the delivery part that I was not happy with . The driver called me to say he was at my place and would see me down stairs since I live in a flat on the 1st floor . He offered to drop the item at the entrance to the building and not to the flat . He said that they would not deliver stuff to flats . I did state that my medical condition would not not allow me to carry heavy items . Anyway , he dropped the heater at the entrance and I ended up lifting the items with my wife up to the flat . Otherwise , everything else was really excellent .”

“Easy to use website and product delivered promptly. Everything great so far. HOWEVER. the legs are too short as we have an 8inch skirting. Shortly after receipt I telephoned yesterday morning to enquire if it is possible to obtain higher legs. The representative advised that this is possible but needed to find out more information. He undertook to call me back. So far I have not received any further information. Hopefully someone will get back to me soon. Many thanks”
