Do not buy from this company! Hair helmet lasted less than 2 months before it went faulty. Really cheaply made for the money. Emailed several times about getting a refund/replacement under the promised 1 year warranty and they never got back to me. You can’t get in touch over the phone either, terrible customer service and company. STAY AWAY

Customer Service is awful. They never ask questions or check when there is a faulty item so things do not get resolved. The answers are robotic and unhelpful. They disagreed with my report that an item was faulty. What was strange is they didnt probe or ask questions or provide assistance why I felt it wasnt working. I had another issue with Paypal which also never got resolved. Again they didnt listen or check if it was resolved. Just provided robotic dismissive answers.

My father was discharged from hospital on condition he have a sore relieving cushion. I paid £7 for DPD next day delivery advertised as 7 days a week. Apparently that isn’t the case as they knock off early on a Friday and do t send it out until Monday morning

Bought a SAD lamp which was returned and has arrived. Still no refund. Due to “system errors”. Whatever that means. Give me my money back.

Paid for 24 hour delivery three days later still no sign. They havent replied to my e mails and no one anwsers the phone

Very bad service they charge £5.99 for delivery within 24-48 hrs guaranteed 95%but guess what 5 days in and still not received the item- why charge more for delivery when you know yo cannot get item delivered within time frame!!!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced- products arrived faulty - failed collections and my time wasted waiting in for them. Tried to speak to a manager - told I can’t as they are on holiday ( one manager on the whole business ( lie) - told its a failed collection - but no one came to the house. Told I have to pay for return myself - more time and money wasted. Tried to log a formal complaint to get the matter resolved and I’m still waiting for this. If feel very much like all the effort to resolve this and actually get a refund for the faulty items is on me. Horrendous.

I purchased 5 at home self tests for myself and my husband and 3 of them came back with positive results. As they profess to be 99% accurate you can imagine the stress and distress that caused and the many sleepless nights and thoughts thinking you have bowel cancer and diabetes at the age of 41 with 2 young children. I contacted my doctor who sent me for a blood test and provided a more comprehensive ‘Q’ test for fecal occult screening. After several days worrying I received the results, NEGATIVE! My husband still has 1 more test yet to complete but currently 1 is showing positive too on the blood glucose for diabetes, he will also go to the doctor. What do you think the chances are of 3/4 tests out of 5 giving a false positive if they were 99% accurate? What’s more is how can we be assured the other tests that came back negative were accurate?? The doctor said the only reason to get a false positive would be the tests being of a POOR QUALITY. Basically it has been a complete waste of money on all of the tests now and what do customer service say - we will give you £13.99 store credit so you can buy from us again! I paid over 4 times that much and why would I want more useless products??? Absolutely useless, no accountability, defective products and very poor customer service a different person each time repeating an automated word for word email. I’d never heard of this company and should never have used them. Just shows you to trust your instincts. AVOID! Terrible terrible company. Beware everyone, any problems you’ll never see your money again and receive nothing but grief!!

I bought a knee pillow for £27 with a 30 day refund policy. No use to me (it was uncomfortable and kept slipping off) so I tried to return it, but they couldn't provide the return address. It apparently has to go the 'retailer' - what is stressnomore if not a retailer? - and what looks like the name of the company on the item has no internet presence. Live chat is not live when it says it will be, negative reviews are removed before being published on their website and so far they have ignored my emails. Very poor. I am considering approaching trading standards.

Bought NeuroTracMyoPlus for my daughter to improve her heath issues. First one came foulty, touchscreen didn't work. Second lasted for 5 months and same issue occurred. Waiting already month to be sorted and nothing. They didn't put my review on their website. Very bad service. You will have stress only more.

Ordered dried in stain remover. What a joke. It didn’t even remove the slightest stain. When I tried to get a refund was rejected as I’d used it!! How would I know if I didn’t try it. I would love to get it analysed as I’m sure it only water. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Placed a small order via Amazon for batteries as seen on the supplier’s website and also paid for postage delivery but when they arrived they were of a different make to what was ordered. Contacted customer service regarding the issue but later informed by email they hadn’t got the ones I ordered so sent me a substitue. That being the case, I informed them they should contact the customer of that fact before dispatching the wrong item. Later informed to return via Amazon. You know what, more bother than all it’s worth. Just chalked it up to experience. Won’t use them again.

Rubbish!! Bought air cooler. Absolutely useless. Informed that if it’s been used it won’t be refunded, (so how do you know if it’s working ok?....) and to package it as it was for sending to another customer. They’ve received it, responding that it’s on the lowest setting, and that proves what?? Ah, that we used it at the lowest setting, of course. Our fault. Undeniable proof it isn’t useless!!!!????? Or, who knows.... maybe at its lowest setting it’s useless and on another which we did try is useless. Over £50 wasted on a pressie I was really excited about giving to my husband. Stress no more?? Guess not because I won’t be using them again

Be aware when you are buying something that can be not suitable for you. I bought Collagenius Collagen Therapy LED Facial Mask. They didnt accept my return. I think they are not accept any return. Even on their website they reject my review.
