I bought this great pair of shoes for $200 U.S. I was using Europe size to order and they turned out too small by 1/2 size. When I was going to return them I got an email from Stuart's customer service that my size was not available. No solution to this, like, a different shoe at the same price or? I really didn't want a refund. So, here I am with a pair of shoes that are too small.

Good easy service apart from the returns complex and expensive. Wouldn't have ordered if I had realised returning an item was going to be an issue.

Getting the parcel to parcel was quick. I was just a bit disappointed for returns where you have to pay for both transport, to go and come back home. That makes a very expensive return at the end. Appart from that great shop and service.

Very happy about quick delivery (i chose not the express, but cheaper delivery and still it was very fast) BUT it cost a lot. And free delivery is available from 200 euros which is too high imho. I would be happy to wait a little bit longer and pay less for the delivery.

I'm pleased with the belt, but it took longer than it should have to arrive, given the cost of FedEx express postage, which was the only delivery option offered. Also the gift box was crushed, probably because of bad packaging.

Dear Sir We are sorry about the delay you incurred with shopping at Stuarts London. I have further investigated this with Fed-Ex. An order was placed with us 10th May 2017 after our closing time. We Dispatched your parcel first thing in the morning of 11th May. A delivery was attempted in USA Boston on the 12th May, however no one was in to sign for the parcel. Apologies for the box not being able to withstand the delivery process, we usually use the FED-EX secure packaging only for smaller items. Great product, prompt delivery initiated by Stuarts however DPD were unable to find my address in Tilbury Docks. Made very little effort to find my building and received a notification to say "there was nobody in to sign for the parcel". I then had to collect from the post office the following day. Did try to contact Stuarts at 5pm to find out more info, however the call went straight to answer phone even though the message stated they close at 6pm???? Furthermore, I was charged an extra fee to have next day delivery (BEFORE 5pm) and DPD sent notification to say delivery would be made between 1645/1745? I was unhappy about this as I needed to be leaving my work place at 5pm to attend other business. After speaking with DPD, I found out delivery service before 5pm does not exist, and they only offer morning or afternoon delivery. Great product but disappointed with delivery service, thanks.

Ease of ordering and delivery time were excellent. Not so good is the fact that the two pairs of shoes I ordered, (both UK9) are very different fits. One pair is comfortable bordering on loose, (Weejun, Larkin velour/Style BA11017/533), the other is very uncomfortably tight in the width, (Weejun, Layton Moc Kiltie/Style BA11020/000). I was advised on the phone (Australia to UK) that alternative widths are not available. This means I will have to get them stretched before I can wear them.

It's a good service was quick speedy etc but because you don't use models the shirt I ordered was way to long and if you had used models I would have had a better idea of how it would have lo Led d d not have to send it back

very quickly to order and pay, but you write delivery in 1-3 days, i've made order on last 10 apr and 8 days has passed, and i've not received anything yet. Not good service of delivery. Sorry, but your delivery service does not respect the terms Thanks for your reply about it best regards Alessandro Regnani

I have no problem with the order process or delivery of my item, but I would like to feed back on the quality of the product. The attached photo shows how the collar has bubbled unattractively after having been worn in a single rain shower, and the label inside says "Britain's Best Rainwear since 1937"! It looks like what happens to a nasty, cheap suit when the glue comes away from the canvas underneath. Extremely disappointing for a product of this price and I won't be buying this brand again. I have made this complaint to the manufacturer.

Returns should be carriage paid. I buy regularly from you and rarely return items. I shouldn't be penalised if I do need to send items back

Quality of clothes were good and delivery was fast but unfortunately the jacket was a slightly different colour as the one advertised online and it was far too small even though that size fits me elsewhere - I even checked the size guide but it was still too small and unfortunately had to be refunded. Would've been happy with the product (regardless of the colour being off) if the jacket had fit.

When the Jacket arrived I opened the outer package only to find the jackets packaging to be torn, so it felt like receiving a secondhand item. However the item seems to be new and i like it......a lot. It has made me slightly sceptical about buying from Stuarts again, but at these prices doggy packaging can be forgiven.

Color of the shoe online was photographed and retouched too bright, therefore I was surprised to see a much darker toned shoe arrive. I would have shipped it back but that was too complicated being that I'm in America.

Dear Sir Looking into this for we have not been able to identify the colour issue. After looking at the pair of trainers on three different screens, and iPad and Mobile the shoes do seem to be true likeness of the image we have. We take all photo's in a studio and try to keep any editing minimal. It could be a screen resolution setting that may be making it look brighter on your screen. Great product range and prompt response from customer service when needed. However, really falling behind the competition by not offering free returns, even if its for an exchange! So many like for like, independent retailers offer this now, Stuarts don't. Sizing isn't always easy to judge and I've just had to pay £11 to return a pair of boots for a different size. Disappointing.
