I ordered an Oliver Spencer quilted jacket size 38, sadly, as it was a really nice jack3et I had to return it as it fitted very tight. This was all over, from sleeves to chest and shoulders. It was though it was a SLIM fitting coat which of course was not mentioned in the details when I bought it. If the designers cuts his designs small or below average sizes it should be made aware to the sellers. The down side to this is its wasted time and my money as I had to pay for return postage. Not a happy camper!

the service and postage was great, only reason i gave this 2 stars was because I ordered some weejuns from australia and the size was.... the fit was bigger than normal and it would cost me alot of money to post them back for a exchange.... . I got size 8.5us which i normally am but they fit like size 9 or more. will be back.... just not for shoes

Cannot fault the expedition but was upset to receive an Aquascutum Dillon classic check polo with barcode crossed through with a marker pen instead of the Cody club check polo shirt ordered. I am disappointed with both the lack of care taken over the order of a ninety five pounds shirt and the apparent lack of product knowledge by the person concerned. I will not be exchanging as it is the same monetary value. I have regularly bought my shirts from London where i have had one error in over 150 items. To have an error on the first order makes me reluctant to order from Stuarts London again.

Returning unwanted items is an expensive affair due to your current policy. My recent return cost me approx £10 because of this. Companies like End and Oi Polloi offer free returns with Collect plus which gives added flexibility and peace of mind. I would always use these stores first before Stuart's for this reason alone.

I bought a pair of sneakers on May 16, 9 days passed and my package still does not arrive, you say it arrives in 4/5 days and they charge express shipping but it is actually very slow shipping, I am not happy about this situation ..

I ordered a pair of adidas trainers on the friday but did not receive my order until wednesday after 5pm, i was told my order will be sent 1st class and should of arrived on tuesday, got no confirming email to say when exactly i would receive, had to telephone the shop in shepherds bush...

Dear Shaun We wanted to clear up your concern. The order you placed was on 5th May 2017, 11:08 pm. Unfortunately our cut-off on all standard delivery is 3pm Friday. Unless you purchased an enhanced delivery method for Next day delivery , the item would have been sent out on Saturday and Received on Monday. Due to the weekend , this caused the initial delay in the service as First class is dependant on functioning during weekdays only. Hence why we have written 1-3 working days as a time scale. When I was tracking my shipment, it said that my parcel has already been delivered and signed. However, I have not yet received it. I have already contacted Skynet but my case has not been solved. Levis top i ordered was delivered scrunched up in a very small clear plastic bag when i removed the £70.00 top it was so creased i struggled to get them out with the iron.

My Nudie jeans arrived on time and was initially happy with the product. I have literally worn them 5 times (without washing) and they have stretched and no longer fit properly. I can't get through to Stuarts to find out what I need to do.

Note to US Customers: Every pair of shoes I've ever owned have been 9.5 UK 10.5 US. I ordered 9.5 UK and somehow they were 10 US. While they advertise free shipping to US if you have to return something it will cost you $50 in shipping plus you have to purchase the item again. 250$ is too much money tie up in an overseas shoe transaction. Ill just eat my 70$ and learn my lesson. Sales department was helpful and responsive just wish they had better return policies.

I bought some shoes they were too big and the returning process ended up being more expensive than the shoes so I wasted my money pretty much should have a better returns process

Dear Sir , Thank you for letting us know. However after further investigation , your parcel was ordered to Australia on 13th from UK , which was received in Australia on the 16th. The parcel went out twice to be delivered , but due to the address you provided us being incorrect , you have experienced a delay on a service which only takes 3 working days from UK to Australia and Skynet , have been a great courier partner to work with and sustain a 99% success rate. I buy quite a few pieces from Stuarts and never have a problem. I bought a Barbour jacket which did nt fit quite right, i paid £12 to return it and when i checked my refund they had deducted £4 for delivering the wrong item as well. Its not as if I'm sending stuff back all the time, ill will think twice before ordering something next time, I do not want to be paying £16 to try something on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Product fits absolutely fine everywhere, except for some reason it's way too short for its size, so I will be returning. Can't receive a refund because it's a sale item, which seems poor, so apart from to spend my credit I shan't be back.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of boots and when I received them the box they were in was labeled and everything for the shoe I ordered but inside was a boot that was a completely different color and two sizes too big. When I emailed about the problem they took two days to reply and asked to see photos. I sent them and received a response another two days later telling me I would have to pay for return shipping and they would reimburse me up to a certain amount (I think like $20). Well return shipping, even the very lowest base option, would be $80. They've also offered no help on actually trying to correct the problem. Not the type of service I expect when spending $300-$400 on a single item.

Dear Jace We are really very sorry about all the recent unfortunate circumstance. Ideally at the time of packing the box and shoes we should have re-checked. Although we rely on R.M Williams to package the boxes and place in them the products printed on the label, it's our mistake that that we didn't realise the wrong shoe were in a box. You will be happy to know that we have organised a pick up from USA with Fed Ex. Customer Services will be in touch regarding this to organise this. If you haven't already bought a replacement , we have ordered the replacement already.
