I bought a sweatshirt that was too small. It was going to cost $120 to ship it back to exchange. That's more than I paid for sweatshirt. Terrible return policy if you live in U.S.A.

Absolutely shocking spent over £1000 on various clothes - delivered at completely wrong address by DPD and then when you try to call Stuart’s Customer Service which DPD instructed me to do you are on hold for 10 minutes and then get cut off!! Nightmare first experience !!

The item arrived in an un usable condition. SOL apologetic and sent a returns label the problems then started. I have no printer they cannot provide QR codes they apologised. So I’m left with an unusable item I’ve paid postage for and because I have no printer basically tuff !! I asked for a printed label to be sent with replacement item but they wouldn’t do that. I was told to take it to the post office and see if they would print the label but then informed other customers have reported this doesn’t work, so why suggest it to me. ?? Book a free collection on your own post office account using the label tracking number ( because it’s prepaid there’s no option to request a label be brought on collection ) and then ask for proof off the postman that they couldn’t accept the package without a label when they come to collect ?? So basically I was messed about, sent on wild goose chases for the grand price of a £1.79 tin of shoe polish !! I had to start a pay pal case to recover the postage cost and item cost and received a snotty email from SOL telling me the customer service team had sent me a returns label and done nothing but try to help me and could not see how I could find it stress full. I received my refund via pay pal and I would never ever use or recommend Stuart’s of London online service to anyone. Why they have emailed me and asked me to write a review is beyond me 😂

Item delivered with no issue. Unfortunately they didn’t fit and I needed to return them. They were unable to send the correct size as an exchange so I was ineligible for the free return service. So I had to spend money to return by post and then they deducted the ordinal delivery cost from my refund. Beware of their returns process if you don’t want to be out of pocket.

Ho fatto un acquisto il 28 agosto,il mio pacco ê fermo in dogana e nessuno mi fa sapere nulla. Ho cercato di contattare le poste italiane dopo di che ho allegato ,la risposta ai signori di Stuar London che non hanno neppure risposto. Purtroppo dovrò aprire contestazione su paypal.

Not a single time since I started shopping online was I not refunded the whole sum of my purchase(return); SL is the first one to do this. Dispatching. I was going to purchase something else instead, as my size was sold out for this product; I will never use this shop, ever again.

Ordered a t-shirt. It arrives in good time, however it was so thin & shocking quality for the money, not at all what I was expecting! Had paid postage & was disgusted it did not come with a returns label! In total I paid over £7 in postage for an item returned! Bought from House of Fraser instead, got what I wanted, but had I chosen to return it would have been included in the postage I paid! Will NEVER order from Stuarts London again. Unhelpful customer service, & the only company I’ve bought from who when you have paid postage charge you to return!

Misleading information on website regarding returns - they do not offer a free return and had to pay for insured return. I wouldn’t have ordered two sizes if I’d known.

Very easy to buy from and very quick delivery, however the minute you have an issue with an item and need to return it due to being faulty etc that’s when there’s issues. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here.

Very poor effort. Nothing to say the item was dispatched. Shipping times are longer than stated on the website. Communication was good but unhelpful and uninformative. Regret buying from Stuarts London

This company is ok till you have an issue. No parcel delivery and it’s taken over a month to try and sort this out and still waiting. Even after post office states it’s their fault. Thank god I used PayPal they have been great.

Package not received by Royal Mail from Stuart’s, started a claim of non delivery still waiting 3 weeks in for this to be resolved, no offer of refund or dispatch replacement, seems very poor to wait this long, no updates on issues apart from me chasing Stuart’s for updates. Very disappointed, Stuart’s should be trying harder to resolve.
