Ordered two items in a sale, they refunded one within an hour and said they had no stock, refunded the second the following day saying they had no stock. Might be a very good retailer but was asked to write a review of my experience with them.

I liked your selection of boots, however the pair I ordered did not fit and I had to pay a $40 return fee. I'm unlikely to purchase anything again because of this.

Ordered on 28/01 and we are 04/02... package already for 3 days ‘In transit’ in UK ... I ordered goods from the other side of the world on 30/01 and already received it. What is happening in UK? ...

I bought a pair of expensive ladies walking boots, Danner & they have a scratch on them. I contacted Stuart’s Customer service who say this is “normal” for the boot. It is a deep scratch so how they could say this is normal I have no idea. They advised if I want a refund I have to pay for the cost of returning them, their customer service is unprofessional and poor, if you don’t want to chance paying £320 for a pair of damaged boots I’d shop elsewhere.

very dissatisfied, i have made my order expecting to receive it in 7 days and it has now been 3 days shy of a month and the depot is holding my package hostage for 51 dollars on top of the money i have spent to get my items to canada. im not a happy customer.

So firstly, I ordered trainers in an 8.5 and a 9.5 was sent to me. I returned these and filled in the form requesting an exchange. A few days later I received an email stating my new item had been despatched. A few days following the email I received another email saying my t-shirt had been sent? I replied to this email to say a mistake must have been made as I didn't order a T-shirt. I was then told a I would be refunded for the T-shirt which made no sense to me so I queried this. It was then explained the wrong item had been despatched again so I would be refunded the remaining for my trainers and would have to order again. Needless to say the whole process of ordering from yourselves has been appalling and I will not be ordering the trainers I originally wanted from yourselves. Thanks, Jamie Thistle.

Dear Jamie , You are right to be upset, complete mess up on our part. 99.9% we get it right and I can’t apologise enough that your order experience was just totally off. Terrible customer service. Emailed regarding a VAT query due to additional hidden costs added to order, this was ignored. No response. Will not be using again.

Got surprised by a 28€ overcharge at customs (for a 110€ purchase). There was not any warning whatsoever about additional customs charge shipping to Portugal. Unacceptable. Not going to buy again from Stuarts. Best regards, Antonio

It’s hard to write a view yet when I’ve been waiting for a week or more for my items to be delivered and there’s still no sign of it so let’s hope it gets delivered soon before I put a negative review on here
