Thanks, Stuarts of London. The package was left at my front door because you opted not to have a signature required on delivery. My boots were left on my front porch in plain view of the two thieves who were riding past. They snatched the package and rode off with it on their bikes. I've made a statement to the police and provided them with the security footage from my neighbour's house. Over $200 down the drain and the last pair of these boots in my size, in the world....gone. Good job, Stuarts! I wont' be shopping with you again.

Communication is very bad. Delivery still outstanding- long after the promised delivery date. No explanation for the delay. Goods ordered the same day from another company in London arrived 2 days after the order. 10 days or more- still no goods.

I tried to order a new belt from Stuarts and my experience has been terrible. I understand that Royal Mail has been hacked and I've been exceptionally patient of waiting more than a month to see what happens. However, now I'm stuck in limbo where Stuarts is waiting for an update from Royal Mail, but without the update I can't ask for a refund or get a new belt shipped to me. So basically if Royal Mail never updates my shipment I will never get my money back or a new product shipped to me, because apparently that's the only option I have now.

Purchased a gift voucher on the 10/02/2023 to be emailed as a birthday gift for my son, he still hasn’t received his voucher after many email correspondence from my self and my son. Very poor service, where is the voucher? I hope my son receives it soon.

I have not received the order despite payment being taken. I am now informed that it is held in customs with an obligation for me to send paperwork and possible duties to pay. Stuarts sent me this review link before even checking if I had received my order !

I received a Carhartt jacket which has a broken popper on the hood. I emailed a photo immediately to see if there was a way of fixing this and received no reply so I followed up with a phone call. They said they would call me back once they had been through the email properly and I have heard nothing back. Really poor service.

Ordered trainers and needed for a present next day. Had the courier confirmation of next day delivery. One and a half hours later, emailed to say actually, they're out of stock. Not ideal as too late to order anywhere else now for next day delivery.

Very unsatisfied, the size chart on the website is totally incorrect. It indicates 34” to 36” is a large and when I ordered the two belts in a Large I received 40” I proceeded to return the belts and you are asking for me to pay for the shipping costs. I made my purchased based on incorrect information on your website and you expect me to pay for return? Totally unprofessional! In addition, I sent a subsequent email after I received my order over a week ago inquiring about the size chart and noone ever got back to me. Totally unsatisfied and will never order again from you.

I ordered a pair of Red Wings for delivery on a Friday. Unfortunately, I wasn’t going to be in for the scheduled date for delivery the week after on the Tuesday and asked DPD to drop them off at a local pickup point. The shoes were not delivered to the pickup point and returned back to Stuarts dispatch. I contacted Stuarts about this incident twice. First time, I rang them on Wednesday, they were very accommodating and stated they have made a note regarding the returned shoes, as well as stated that once the shoes had been returned they would send them straight back out again to me. The second time, on a Friday, I emailed Stuart’s to chase up whether to shoes had arrived and whether they would ship them out again. They replied promptly that the shoes had just arrived at their dispatch and they were in the process of shipping them back out to me. “Happy Days!” I thought. However, an hour later I received a phone call from that one of their team had dispatched the shoes to another customer and since they had none left in stock they couldn’t send me another pair. Terrible service after many promises that Stuart’s would send me the shoes. No remorse or gestures of goodwill. Shop elsewhere: Kafka Mercantile, Bureau Belfast, Hipstore, Oi Polloi, Consortium, Urban Excess, Article London, Goodhood etc.

I bought a pair of Redwing boots in a size 6.5uk and received a pair of 8.5’s instead. They were for a special occasion, so I had to order another pair from another store thus spending more money than I needed to.

I am well aware that the current action of Royal Mail might not be Stuarts of London's fault. But after not hearing anuthing after a week I contacted you (Stuarts of London) to enquire where my order was, to which you replied stranded at Heathrow. As far as I know the skrike action by Royal Mail workers has been ongoing for some time, to my knowledge- I am from Denmark, and I find it a little curious why you would continue to ship with a provider, who has very clearly given you advance notice that they might be on strike. It is now more than two weeks since I place my order, and I still have no clue when I can expect to get my order delivered. And. Yet again- no communication from you on... anything. The least you could do is to provide some kind of update...
