“Got my 1st Stuhrling watch and was impressed with the packaging and watch itself. Unfortunately upon opening the watch to try it on, I noticed scratches on the clasp. I immediately contacted Stuhrling and they quickly sent me a new clasp. Not really a big deal since I had to go to a jeweler to size the watch and remove a few links, he also replaced the clasp for me. So watch is flawless now and I really love it. It’s so close in look to the Rolex mariner that many people glance at it a few times and comment on how beautiful it is. Thanks Stuhrling for great customer service”

“Horrible company, cheap quality product
Once you place an order, this company will relentlessly spam you. I also started getting spam from companies that I have never done business with which clearly indicates that they are selling my personal information to anyone who wants it. I have asked several times to be removed from their spam list and they refuse. I have sent several emails, all go unanswered. At one point I was getting a spam message every day.
The watch is bulky but weighs nothing. I poked at the case with a knife and from what I can tell, it is plastic. Some research says that this is a Chinese watch that is simply sold by a US company at an obscene markup. Skip the middleman if you are looking for a cheap watch and purchase the $20 version straight from a Chinese seller or a local outlet mall.”
