“I purchased the Legacy 977 hand-wind Skeleton, delivery took 18 days but when arrived it was presented well and a great looking watch - pity it didn't work. Followed return instructions (only 4 days to return, costing me $60 NZD) then another 17 days for new watch to arrive. New watch works well but disappointed that an original $197 NZD purchase has now cost $257 NZD by having to return a faulty product, not impressed! Perhaps returns on faulty products is something the Customer service/support team should be looking at. Watch itself - 5 stars, service 2 stars.”

“Good company to deal with, very quick delivery, and absolutely adore the grand emperor watch. Only thing with it, is the little cog on wind up, hour change, has come away, so need to have that repaired. Also the hands could do with being more obvious, so can be seen easily against the face background. Ending up putting some luminous green paint, on the ends of the hour and minute hands, so could see the time with out using my glasses. Love the look of it. Alan.”

I contacted Stuhrling who immediately agreed to despatch a replacement to Australia which arrived very quickly. I am very happy with the design and feel of the watch, and if the replacement remains serviceable I will be very pleased. I am certainly very impressed with the “no fuss” honouring of the Stuhrling warranty so far.”
