First the phone call. the woman told me she would call or send e-mail pictures. Never received. Sent several e-mails no response. Ordered a watch on a 24 hr. event. Could not read the time. Talked to cust. service, asked for Mgr. not available, was considering an exchange, The lady did not have the knowledge to help me. So just a return. I have two of your watches and like them, which was the motivation to try direct. I was looking for a man's rose gold color automatic winding watch with hour and min hands, a contrasting color for sight. hoping to catch one on special, or Archives, not over $100.00. Had to give up.”

I, however, had found some discounts options on the Internet that significantly reduced the price I actually paid. As a result of the "erroneous" shipping invoice, the watch I ordered had a value that exceeded the "0 import and luxury tax" here in Indonesia. As a result, the Customs Dept. hit me with tax invoice that could have easily been avoided if Stuhrling had included a correct invoice with the shipment :(”

“Received gift of the SK auto skeleton watch. Great looking, functional poor quality! First didn’t keep time, auto or self winding. Purchased a self winder, watch never wound. Then with the manual winding, the crown unscrewed., then finally, neither auto or self wind became inoperative. Returned to Stuhrling for warranty repair, wanted to charge $45.00 to repair and return ship. Suggested to keep and add to the return junk pile.”
