I am a self confessed watchaholic and proud of it so needless to say I was sceptical buying a watch brand that i had never heard about until recently.
I am so glad that i took the plunge - a quality product from service to sale to final receipt.
A great watch of which i will be buying more.

“My husband loves his watch so much that he wore through his leather band. I ordered him a new one, not realizing that I had purchased the wrong size band. I wrote customer service asking if I could simply exchange the leather band for the next size up and was told that all band sales are final— no exchanges. My husband is in the military and we live a busy lifestyle. We don’t have time to mess around. Now he can’t wear his favorite watch that I gave to him while we were dating and we have a useless band sitting next to the watch due to a simple sizing mistake. Terrible.”

“The 850 Quartz 42mm Aviator only gets 3 stars (2-1./2 actually) because 1) It was delivered with a child-sized watch band that way too short for man's wrist and the customer service rep expressed no interest in resolving the problem, and 2) the day-date display is too small for the watch and requires a magnifying glass to see the date properly when a two-digit date is in the window. Otherwise the watch is okay, but overall, the Stührling experience was disappointing.”

Although, the delivery is bit late and a watches exists bit defect, their Customer Service promptly solve it. Their team endeavor to satisfy my request. They are truly reliable. I look forward to purchasing other Stuhrling watches in the future.”

“Very happy with my purchase of the Stuhrling Professional Diver watch. For the price I feel it is an exceptional value. I like the feel of it on my wrist and how it looks. Only criticism would be the glow in the dark on the hands and numbers is not as visible as I'd like. Other than that, no other complaints, all compliments. “Purchased Symphony DT, which arrived with scuff mark on inside of glass. Returned item to have a replacement sent, and ended up having to pay $50 for the delivery! Thats not fair. I had to pay extra because of stuehrlings mistake!
