“All i have to say is on the day i received this watch it was 2pm, between then and later in the evening i couldn't see which day the watch was showing. I didn't like the look of it at all. I didn't like anything about it. It looks cheap and chinese to me. I out it straight into an ad to sell as an unwanted gift for much less than i'd just paid for it. “Beautiful watch but terrible customer service. After owning it for only a few months one of the hands fell off. I had to pay $20 shipping to send the watch and another $20 shipping to get it back. You would think a company that sells watches for several hundred dollars would stand behind their product and pay for their defects instead of putting that burden on their customer. My next watch will not be a Stuhrling.”

“It was junk. The dial was broken and instead of offering an immediate replacement I was asked to send a video of what wrong. Seriously? My one star is split between the product and customer service. Since it was to be given as a gift- I had to go to the local mall and buy a replacement. Lesson learned with this company.”
