Not simply because of look & quality, but also because of the customer service & the compliments I’ve received. Although I am a little disappointed with my most recent purchase. Not because of the watch, but because of the “special, because of your loyalty” 10% discount I received on a watch I’ve wanted for some time, because literally two days after I purchased that watch with the 10% loyalty discount you offered that exact same watch on your FB site with a 25% discount. Aside from that, I still love my Stuhrling watches & expect I will purchase more.”

“My watch broke after just 2 days.... after agreement with Stürhling i returned it and paid more than 100$ for delevery.. i have tried to contact Them since monday to confirm the watch have been returned, without any luck.”
“I am happy with the my new watch itself. However my initial experience was very poor. I was charged a significant amount of duty to get my watch, which I understand was out of your control. However, a message indicating that duty would be charged on top of the listed price would be courteous.
Also, please indicate which currency the cost of the watch will be charged in. Also courteous.
Finally, I was sent the watch with a dead battery. Which meant I incurred an additional cost of $10 for a new battery and had to go to the trouble of getting it replaced. Not the way I wanted start my experience with a new watch.
If there is anything that can be done to help fix this poor experience, that would be great.”
