I’m providing feedback to Severn Trent under the following submitted information but I did not use the Trust Pilot route as Trust Pilot’s systems wanted to harvest too much personal data from me when I went to the Severn Trent section (so not conducive to encouraging Reviewers) , but I do want to credit the two Severn Trent employees with my comments. So.. as follows Reference 13862181 Stephen Williams Andrew Starch On 27/11/24 Steve and Andy attended to check out and ‘deal with’ a sewage leakage issue in our street. They were professional and effective in what they did, and demonstrated a professional, civil, efficient, and friendly manner when interacting with myself and neighbours. It was refreshing to experience a positively effective service when there otherwise seems to be so much negativity about these days. Many thanks to you guys

Luke and Lewis make a great team. They were polite, understanding and extremely efficient in dealing with a very stressful situation. They sorted the problem out without any fuss and even washed their cups.

Just a quick review for your service reported a blockage on Saturday morning 26th August your wonderful staff arrived the next evening and within minutes had cleared the problem the usual (wipes) we don’t use them but coming from a neighbour with young children . Trouble is these wipes are supposed to be flushable maybe the manufacturers should get on board with the problem.Many thanks it’s five gold stars from me👍

At 8am we reported no water to house. We had an efficient courteous answer. Within half hour we had a text report saying problem should be resolved by 12pm. It was sorted before then. We had delivery to door of 12 litres bottled water Now that’s what I call impressive service!

I'd like to highly praise seven trent waters and all the hard working lads. The leak on our street was dealt with really quickly after being reported by email. After the work had been completed a man came around to clean any mess off the street. Thank you to all.

Had a problem after new water meter installed. Contacted Customer Services and had first class support/help from a lady called Terry on two occasions. The engineer called the same day in the early evening and he too was brilliant.

I could hardly believe I was talking to an employee, she seemed like some angel from on high dispatched to straighten out all the lost, confused, and frustrated, with tender soothing words. I'm almost tempted to fall into debt again that I might hear once more such things yet I know I mustn't.

I Renewed water main in property due to a leak. I received Great customer service from Severn Trent. A Free lead to plastic water connection. They Kept me up to date on how the applications was going and the work was due to start and finish. They have done a great job. Slight accident with the gas main but they had it fix by time I got home from work. Very good service. Nice job.
