“I received 3 christmas cactus with heat pack. 2/3 of the soil was in the box not the pots. The plants were dead. I sent a message and picture. Since then I have send another message and picture. I have not heard a word from you. Very disappointed. I got another order from another company with a heat pack and they arrived just fine.”

“This plant was broken in half and half of it was dead. I have a piece of it in water right now trying to propagate it but it’s not looking good. It would be great if you can send me a new plant.”

“I was really disappointed in how things were shipped and arrived. They dirt was all falling apart with exposed roots and 70% of them have died since I planted them (they were starting to die by the time I got them. I do not recommend this place and will not buy from them again. I’ve ordered through Amazon and Walmart before and had FAR better experiences with packaging and plant quality. STAY AWAY”
