“Fake clothing. 2 R.V.C.A shirts fading and cotton coming through image. Same for Quicksilver hoodie, image also fading. not even 2 months old and worn about 3 times - all items”

“I returned shoes and I’ve been contacting then about my refund even today I haven’t got it, I returned them on the 26th of October, been speaking to different people, like Sky, Olwethu, Lisa and so on, I really don’t understand these people.”

“Initially, I was super impressed since my parcel arrived 3 days after I placed the order. Only to find they sent me the wrong product. From there everything went sideways. They took a week to come and collect the wrong item. Only a week after THAT did they let me know I can expect my package in another week. So so so disappointed. Can't wait to finally receive the package for real.”

“Really happy with the service, ordered a shorts and the labeling on the product was wrong and they handled my exchange quickly and professionally. Also ordered a pair of converse tekkies and they're legit and my correct size :)”

“Worst company ever, up to so far I've ordered 4 things ,of which my last order I picked up today is totally fake because it doesn't look like what I saw on their website ...I ordered a navy blue Gstar raw shirt ,but the order I received is a navy blue shirt with watermarks on the shirt, and it's like it was just printed ....FAKE!!! ...I'm very disappointed and it was my last time ordering from you guys”

“I ordered some pants and a pair of vans shoes, everything seemed fine until I went to collect my order. The Shoes weren't there. When I check on the app it says they were canceled but they never notified me on why they were canceled despite me paying the full amount for it. They never told me how I'll be refunded or sent my new pair of shoes. It's like they just took my money then canceled the order. Their customer service is poes. They don't pick up the phone nor respond to email. I wouldn't recommend superbalist.com to anyone. They're a scam I'm very sad about this coz I used the last money I had worked hard for. Whoever is running this takealot and superbalist store is irresponsible just getting rich off peoples money without giving them the products”

“If there was a zero rating l would have given them a zero or minus a million. I have lost so much money from transactions being charged multiple times and refunds into my account never being processed. The customer service is so poor and the agents are all dumb and dont do their work and useless. Please stay away from Superbalist they are scammers and fraudsters.”

“I ordered for a gift a medium priced pair of sunglasses R400.00 the glasses came in tissue paper and a plastic bag. I would have at least expected a case when spending this sort of money even your in store below R200 sunglasses come with a case. Very disappointing”

“I purchased some clothes and the payment was deducted 3times more from my account. Called and emailed and did everything possible to get my money back but noone assisted. And this is R4794 ranf am talking about. Please stay away from Superbalist to avoid paying the same price like l did. Am still mourning my money and l wouldnt want anyone to experience the same.”

“Ordered a sweater size small and got a large and it wasn’t even the same sweater. I also ordered a Nike trainer and it was worn out in a month. Went to a Nike store and the shoe isn’t even the same..They sell fake stuff.”
