I've been login for a refund before the lockdown, was told they tracking down my order... finally a consultant sent an email asking me to confirm my account details I did so but till today I'm waiting for my refund. I'm really tired of writing to client service cause I'm not getting any assistance. I just want my refund.

Bought a pair of DIESEL flip flops, yey, they were soft as a baby's bum, went to DIESEL Menlyn, saw the same shoes, they were totally different to what i got, so i wore the ones i got from superbalist 3 times, the sole was already finished, they were rubbish, FAKE!!!!! VERY POOR QUALITY. You will one day buy a fake product for 5k with this people. Run

I paid but my order status says processing and it hasn’t changed. I’m still waiting for an email and message stating that they have received the order. Money was taken out of my account.

I ordered some shoes for winter as I am not allowed to travel back to the UK, the delivery said it will be here today 15 May now when I looked online to see what time it will be here they extended it to 22nd of May. I placed my order on 26 of April already. And there is no person to contact. I also tried emailing but just loading the whole time like yesterday when I wanted to purchase more shoes my payment didnt go through and tried multiple times

I had the worse experience ever! I ordered a coat. It did not arrive on the day it should have , and I was told 2 days later that it got lost in transit. I felt like another one could have been organized I wasnt even asked what I preferred I was just told that I'd get a refund. I am really unhappy. Have you ever expected something and gotten so disappointed? That was me and that was my first experience. Sad part is that all those around me have such positive feedback about superbalist and that's why I thought I should give it a shot. But ja hey...unhappy customer here!

My order was delivered on time as promised and I am very happy with my purchase. The sizing chart provided was spot on. Excellent service, will order from Superbalist again.

This is the second time you cancel my order because of an inventory problem. But when I try and buy the same product you canceled minutes ago, you allow me to add it to my cart and pay for it again. I received my brand new white converse shoes and they look like they've been worn before. DIRTY!!! I am terribly disappointed

I bought a hairpin TV stand to put into an upmarket apartment. As I was fully booked with guests for about three months I only opened the box today. What a horrible item. Not at all what I expected as it was just roughly finished Shutterply that I could have made for a fraction of the price. My fault for not checking the quality earlier as it is past the 30 day return policy. So disappointed in a terribly overpriced item that could have been better made by my 9 year old. A total cheek to even sell this product. Don’t make the same mistake as I did by not carefully examining the purchased item ASAP. No problems with the order and delivery.

I ordered an item and almost 2 weeks still did not receive. Drivers add a false update daily saying there was no recipient however my helper is home. My building require access code nobody called for access code. I called the call centre they now close my request and still no delivey. Horrible service

I received the totally incorrect item, I have contacted them via the website contact option. The automated reply gave me a ref number as well as stating that they will respond within 1 day. It is now 4 days And still no Reply!!!! This was my 2nd superbalist order and definitely the last. NEVER AGAIN Numerous customers have complained of receiving incorrect items and then to get it sorted is almost impossible...DISGRACEFUL!!!

I ordered from superbalist two items, delivery was timeously done, however the clothes didn't fit, it took them forever to collect the items. The driver who collected was very unprofessional, he kept getting lost, kept buzzing me and sending WhatsApps, I wasted a lot of airtime calling him, he was so arrogant, didn't want to use GPS told me he knows the place like the back of his hand🙄...long story short I'm still awaiting my refund after a whole month after they collected the stuff, I've enquired with emails, but NO RESPONSE...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I have placed this order and you have cancelled my one order for my Green sneaker of SAUCONY ORIGINALS. Superbalist.com have not notified me about this matter and I really need this sneakers not you 10% off next order because you guys have failed me numerous time and I kept my cool, so you better deliver both items on the 3 feb 2020.

Save your time and money, if you get an order you are not satisfied with, they will not collect it but only lie about reaching you and you not being available

I ordered 3 items, one did not fit returned it only to be told they do not accept my return as the item was dirty! Send me pics but unfortunately I don’t have a magnifying glass to look for the dirty marks so couldn’t see them! Buyer beware! I escalated it 2x but you have no recourse for returns! Make sure you don’t want to return anything!! The yellow circle is supposed to show where the mark is?
