“Made an online order, spent enough that I am sure it said free shipping. When I rang to enquire about the delivery I was told I chose click and collect. Because order now heavier than 1kg I was offered an $8 shipping link. Received an email that said “order shipped” assuming now posted as thought company admitted it could be shipped. Then received a text for click and collect. Drove to the store on a Saturday, was told the order wasn’t there and staff said as the email says shipped, it must have been changed to shipped. Rang on Monday, order was there in store the whole time “they hadn’t looked in the right place”, I drove out again and collected. No apologies offered, even though served by the same girl who “didn’t look in the right place”. I think I should have been offered free shipping for my troubles on the call on Monday especially as I had spent approximately $145. Now I’m receiving a feedback survey as to how I rate my delivery.”

This was frustrating, as the mix-up occurred in their warehouse. “Bought 6 bottles of tablets. After a few days I received notification that they had only 3 bottles available and they no longer supply this. I informed them to send the 3 but this changed to having only 2 in stock. After the long wait, the items were out of date. Staff are rude.”
“I use the B3 products - Insolar. I’ve made my own moisturizer for at least 3 decades maybe 4. Although I wanted the B3 ingredient I was apprehensive about using the actual moisturizer. However I’ve found the reaction with my skin is very positive.
I do agree with another reviewer who complained about the pump ceasing to work with a third of the cream remaining. It’s time consuming and awkward removing the cream from the jar and it’s far too much volume to waste.”
“There is no customer service, no one to call if things don’t go to plan. So you choose, you pay, you wait. I chose express post as the item was essential for mobility. It took a week for it to arrive, not a post problem, the item was never in stock, so couldn’t be dispatched. I thought using a Brisbane vase ‘shopfront’ company would allow me to receive the product ASAP. Clearly I was wrong.”
