“Bought 6 bottles of tablets. After a few days I received notification that they had only 3 bottles available and they no longer supply this. I informed them to send the 3 but this changed to having only 2 in stock. After the long wait, the items were out of date. Staff are rude.”
“I use the B3 products - Insolar. I’ve made my own moisturizer for at least 3 decades maybe 4. Although I wanted the B3 ingredient I was apprehensive about using the actual moisturizer. However I’ve found the reaction with my skin is very positive.
I do agree with another reviewer who complained about the pump ceasing to work with a third of the cream remaining. It’s time consuming and awkward removing the cream from the jar and it’s far too much volume to waste.”
“There is no customer service, no one to call if things don’t go to plan. So you choose, you pay, you wait. I chose express post as the item was essential for mobility. It took a week for it to arrive, not a post problem, the item was never in stock, so couldn’t be dispatched. I thought using a Brisbane vase ‘shopfront’ company would allow me to receive the product ASAP. Clearly I was wrong.”
