Peugeot 301 instead of 308, without same comfort, but has done the job.
Car trunk was finally blocked and impossible to open.

“Almost metre crack on front windscreen of car when picked up,full of dents...also charged 50 euros for late collection through no fault of our own as plane was delayed due to international Microsoft issue... location also approx 2km away from Belgrade airport ...poor car condition”
“Hired a car from Surprice at Milan airport. Had to authorise a pending payment of 900 Euros as a deposit because I had taken insurance from the company recommended on Trip.com and not their own even though this was not an option. Returned the car with same fuel and no damage. Staff very busy and gentleman who reviewed the car on collection said all was ok and to sign document. I asked him what the document was but he had skipped to the part for signature and just said car is ok. stupidly, I signed.
Once home, the pending deposit was cancelled but £19.21 was taken out of my account without authorisation.
I complained to Trip.com who investigated and then told me that it was for cleaning as the car was dirty and I had agreed to this. I have made further complaints to Trip.com and to my credit card company.
This company is scamming money and it is being endorsed by Trip.com. My advice is not to use either company.”
“Every time we would travel to Greece the last year we would use surprice. The prices were competitive the cars are in decent state and until the last time the people were nice. Until last time in Thessaloniki airport that we had the most arrogant know it all rude person of all time. It was such a rent a car from hell experience that we decided to never rent with them again ever!”

Fortunately, a local friend displaced herself to inform of the situation.
Car was fine. Upon returning, a chocolate stain was on the back seat. Agent was very rude about it. Got the stain out and went on our way. Did not appreciate the way the car was inspected with a fine tooth.
Other clients arrived at the same time but did not receive same treatment.
Not very pleased with agent.”
