“I’ve shopped at the TeaTrea Plazas shop for ages now I usually find something I like . I went in there last Wednesday to h ave a look, there’s a woman who works there very often may be a manager or senior staff member. She is always surlie and miserable, wow don’t dare ask her a question or you’ll get a death look . Seriously it’s really put me off ever going back I’m always polite but she needs to do a course in public relations or manners .”

But— went to the Shepparton store(my regular store)after being away for 6 months-new staff. Two young women that stood behind the counter and talked & talked. No help at all no check on you in changing room and when I came out after trying on some clothes, guess what still talking. The shop was busy one woman had to duck under a hanging rack to get into a change room while the staff talked. In the years I’ve been going to Susan Grea Shepparton the staff were fantastic and able to assist you & check on how you were going trying on the clothes. Maybe this was because they were about the same age or bit younger than your customers. The staff you have now ( Friday 8/11) would be better off working at Sportsgirl. I will not return to that store with those staff. For your interest the next day I went to Taking Shape had fantastic customer service & I spent $275.”
“Tea Tree Plaza store very disappointing i am huge fan and shop regularly at your stores and online. The interaction I had with the person at Tea Tree Plaza store this morning was discussing over holding a top as I am from country area 3 hours out of Adelaide. I was going to be in Adelaide on Saturday to collect. This was not available in my size online thats why i called the store. Your policy of holding for one day is ridiculous or not been able to pay over the phone. Very disappointing and you need to review your customer service country people are disavantage enough.”

“The displays in the shop are set up to trick to people when they get to the checkout. Things that aren’t on sale are mixed in with sale items and all under the discount sign. The lady at the checkout said they are told to do that. Also don’t like the sizing of the garments. So fake to make people think they can fit into a smaller size. I found the whole experience revolting and won’t go back.”

“On Monday 18th of March, I bought 6 summer tops on sale from Tuggeranong ACT. I like the clothes at Suzanne Grae and shop there regularly. This time though I didn't expect it to come to so much, however I was in a hurry so didn't query it. When I got home I found out I had been overcharged by $20. Today I went back to the store, a different sales person was there. I brought my receipt in along with the 6 items I had purchased.
I explained that I had been overcharged, the woman was rude and seemed annoyed, she said 'No you haven't that's correct.' I pointed to an item on the receipt and told her I hadn't bought anything for $29.95.
She then scanned all my items and said that one of my sale items had come up at the orginal price and not the sale price.
Without an apology to me she said she would refund me the $20. Her customer service skills were non existent.
I felt like saying while you are there you can pay for my petrol to return to Suzanne Grae. I felt really taken back by her attitude, she seemed to want to intimidate me, for saying I had been overcharged and initially she made me feel silly, like I didn't know what I was talking about.
The previous sales person that I encountered on Monday was nice and helpful but unfortunately she wasn't working today.
The whole experience was awful and I will have 2nd thoughts about shopping there again.”

I purchased a jumper that was on sale, upon closer inspection i noticed it had a pull in the material. So i took it back last night and the girl that served me was the rudest person. I showed her the damage and straight she said pick another. I spent half an hour looking for something to exchange, finally found one that was lower than the original, she said that i had to buy another item and wanted me to spend more, when i finally explained to her , as a customer i have a right to a refund if the item is faulty, then she returned the balance. Very poor service, she did not know the proper refund rules. I will never shop there again.”

Consistently ugly service - very abrupt - have never been made welcomed from same 2 women. And look out if you try on a few things and don't happen to purchase because the fit is rubbish. Items are grabbed from you without a word. Not going there any more.”
