“Bought this https://www.swaggerinc.co.uk/square-freestanding-fire-pit-in-matt-brown.html but in grey. Top rusted despite being under cover. I've sanded it down and purchased a paint to tidy it up, but still looks marked up and untidy :(”

“I had never heard of swagger before, they came up on Google search when looking for a oak bed , I had looked around and knew which bed I wanted they came up as the best price by about £20 and 14 day delivery, used credit card so thought protected in case anything went wrong, we had no problems bed deliver on time , very happy with bed and service”

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I have had a look into your order for you and just on the points you have raised your order was made during the Christmas and New year break when suppliers, retailers and couriers were closed for the Christmas period, this obviously affected delivery time frames however despite the Christmas period your order was still delivered within the 10 working days advertised.
