“Really great communication throughout. Dispite some delays, I'm really happy that I waited for my daybed to arrive! I was advised from start to finish about what was happening with my order and was within the 7-14 days as stated when they emailed me. I would definitely recommend using these guys to everyone!”

“Not used this company before so was a bit nervous but very happy with product and customer service. Unfortunately when our garden furniture was delivered part of it was damaged. I rang and spoke to them, emailed some photos across and it was sorted with no hassle. Can’t fault the customer service. Very happy with my garden furniture now. Would definitely buy from here again. Thank you Swagger Home Furnishings.”

“I’ve ordered a tv unit on the 27th May but they have taken my money and I’ve rung twice now only to be told there’s nobody I can speak to and all I can do is wait for them to contact me !!! It’s not good enough when I was expecting a delivery now !! Why can I not speak to anyone in charge ? Really disgusted with the service and being fobbed off!!!!!l latest update is that I have now received my unit and I’m very satisfied with it . What should be more available is the email address which I would have got an immediate reply from and not the staff that man the phones and don’t forward your messages . 😊”
