“Very helpful, I spent a long time deliberating over which set to purchase, lots of questions sent over as I was hesitant to spend such a large amount. Delivered within 2 weeks and I love the set I chose, super easy to set up and it is very comfortable. It’s completed our garden. Highly recommended 🤩”

“Great cabinets just what I was looking for. Trust in a company on line is a great leap of faith for me. I like to see and feel and understand what i'm buying and the company I'm buying from. Difficult in lockdown so I decided that I would put my faith in a picture and order on line. Ordered dining room cabinets in April 2020. Didnt hear anything other than a confirmation email for the order. Called 10 days later and was told someone would call me back. I also emailed. My email was answered within a few hours with an update that I should expect to hear from the delivery agent in the next few days. I didn't , emailed again and once again it was promptly replied to and it informed me that my delivery was on its way. I should hear from the delivery agent shortly. I never did hear from the delivery agent BUT the cabinets arrived, well packed and in good order and were easyish to put together. They look great.”

“Placed order for £2,099 outdoor furniture 11th April. Enquired regarding delivery on 21st April to be informed furniture was damaged in transit. Now out of stock so delivery 30th May. Another set was found on 22nd April delivery 7-10 days. Received email on 6th May, courier (Jigsaw) lost 2 x boxes so unable to complete delivery. You couldn’t write it!!”

“Ordered an outdoor sofa , then heard nothing . Had to chase numerous times before being told item damaged in transit and no further stock. Phone lines manned by a message taker who is unable to answer any questions . Terrible service /communication . Would not use company again”

“A great table for a good price. There was a long delay until it arrives due to some problems during transportation and probably the quarantine conditions. With some help from the support team it was sorted and table arrived. Will be nice if the phone support was able to process my call directly instead of forwarding the call to the office for call back later on. Email works though.”

“Made an online order. Confirmation received and delivery date provided. Then contacted to say that colour of order is no longer available, can you take an alternative. The alternative wasn’t really what we wanted. However through communication we have sorted out a suitable alternative with them directly. Now just awaiting delivery. During these difficult times they have stepped up to resolve a problem.”

“I’ve had nothing but a positive experience from this company. Fantastic range of products on offer. I had a great experience with my first order of furniture that was delivered very well packed and I had excellent communication throughout. More recently I placed an order that went out of stock. They did their best to look at alternatives and when there was nothing suitable they refunded me the very same day. Fabulous customer service!”

“We searched high and low for our perfect wardrobe and found it with Swagger. We wanted a vintage piece, but everything we looked at was too big to get up the stairs, so a retro flat pack was perfect. Delivered on time, easy enough to put together, solid structure and looks authentic. Great.”
