“Ordered some cookies for my sister's birthday as a little surprise delivery. She loooooved them and told me they were incredibly delicious!”

“I would really like to speak to someone about this order. It was intended to be a surprise for my elderly mother and has been pushed back because no one can reach her. Now, not only did FedEx not appear to have her buzzer information but no one from your business reached out to help. So her package is now in Grimbsy despite her not having left the apartment for three months and now she has to go to Grimbsy to pick up? Shipping isn't your fault I get that. How did her buzzer not end up relayed or her contact number. She cannot go to Grimsby to pick up this package. She is elderly and the risk is too great.”

Hi Tegan, thanks for reaching out. We're so sorry to hear what happened. We did include the buzzer number and did not receive any indication from FedEx that there was any issue (normally if they have a problem delivering, we get an email notification). If we had, we would have followed up immediately. We are going to reach out to FedEx to see what went wrong, and one of our staff members will be contacting you directly so we can discuss next best steps in making sure your mother gets her package!

“I only came across Sweet Flour about a month ago. I had muffins delivered to a friend's Daughter's 15th Birthday and also ordered a box of assorted cookies for a co-worker who had an operation. Both of them called to tell me that they loved their special delivery they received. Thank for making their day”

“We received a Sweetflour cookie box from a friend. The box included 24 delicious cookies. We loved it so much that we in turn gifted a box to another friend. Would order from them time and time again.”

“It was a surprise treat for my mother and sister for Mother's Day. They both really enjoyed it especially the cupcakes. The website was easy to use and order, the delivery was made efficiently. Thank you for an amazing experience :)”

“I was very happy with the delivery of cookies :) Unfortunately they were not for me, but I was told that they were delicious. You get a lot of cookies with your order so the value was great. I would definitely use your services again.”

“The cookie was stale and hard. The delivery was left on the recipient’s front door step with no card or indication who the delivery was from. Very disappointed, I will not be ordering again from Sweet Flour.”

“I’ve used Sweet Flour delivery for several years now (for both myself and to send a little love to friends). I’ve always been very impressed with their service.
