“I ordered these cookies because of all the great reviews. I was really looking forward to some delicious cookies. The packaging was very nice. The shortbread was okay, they looked pretty. The 6 assorted cookies didn’t seem very fresh and tasted okay. Unfortunately a little disappointed.”

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you didn't love everything you tried. Everything is baked fresh to order so the cookies were definitely shipped fresh, but sometimes with FedEx delivery, they can get a little cold from being on the trucks which can affect the perception of freshness. Heating them up a bit in the microwave is a great trick to refresh them! We hope you'll try us again sometime soon.

“Ordered Shortbread gift box (36 packages) individually wrapped as a gift. They were a huge success, got tons and tons of thank yous and these are amazing. Lots of people took pictures of the packaging to order in the future. The packaging was great, the cookies were amazing, the "iced" thank you cookie was beautiful. Great first experience ordering, thank you so much!”

“Great taste, great customer service. There was an issue with shipping on FedEx's end, but Sweet Flour was responsive and sympathetic to my concern, helped follow up on and resolve the issue, and even offered some compensation should it have failed. Very much instilled confidence in their professionalism and genuine concern for their customers. Also my girlfriend loved the cookies, so I'm assuming the taste was good :)”

“Terrible customer service!!!! I would not have even given them 1 star if possible. I ordered cookies for my client's 97th birthday as I do every year. I received an email to track the FEDEX shipping. It was picked up on Friday and would be delivered on Monday!!! Cookies 3 days old!!! I contacted Sweet Flour and they stated that the cookies were put on the wrong truck and they do not deliver on weekends. They said they would refund my money. That's it!!! Talk about not caring about their customers!! Now I get to start trying to find a shop that can delivery the birthday cookies for tomorrow!! Do not waste your time with these people!!!! They do not care!!!”

Thank you for your feedback. We can absolutely appreciate your frustration and want to do what we can to help. Delivery outside the GTA not through FedEx is difficult which is why we didn't we have an immediate solution beyond a refund; however, understanding the situation, we wanted to make sure we could get the gift there today so we got creative and sourced a same day courier company who was willing to make the long distance delivery. We will send a fresh box today and we hope the recipient enjoys her gift.
