I don't know about the rest of you all,But my sweetwater Rep is the best.He answers the phone every time I call in less he's on vacation. We all need one once in a while. I can call to ask questions and he spends the time to help me out, and never makes me feel rushed. I was having issues with a Behringer xr 12. Tried to get ahold of Behringer. Better luck seeing God. So I called my rep. He told me no problem, I bought it from Sweetwater, They have certified Tec's that will take care of my issue's. Almost became a Behringer hater. But as usual Sweetwater took care of everything. I don't know about other sales Reps but I've had the same one for years. And he's like family. The service I get from Sweetwater I couldn't put a price on.If you buy it there they take care of you. You don't have to spend hour trying to contact someone who makes it impossible. One call to Sweetwater solves your problems. Thanks Jordan

They have THE BEST customer service you will ever find. Who else calls you after every purchase to see how you like the products? Delivery is quick. They have an extensive offering of products and services. The prices are great too. I've purchased almost all of my instruments and equipment from them for at least 5 or 6 years. I've never been disappointed.

I won't buy gear from anywhere else , great customer service, although they might not be the least expensive on somethings , my customer service rep calls me at least once a month to see if he can help me . Thanks Mike.

In a consumer world that thrives on customer service, Sweetwater still manages to stand head and shoulders above the rest. My latest experience is proof positive. On March 2nd, I placed an order for a custom product from Mojo Tone that was expected to be fully subject to the manufacturer's 16 week delivery delay. What I didn't expect was that Matt, with Sweetwater, would check in regularly during the 4 month process with the intention of keeping me apprised of the production and delivery status as well as informed as to my options in case my needs or satifaction was in jeopardy. While one might assume this to be standard proceedure for a rare and/or expensive product, this was a ~$100 guitar pick-up; nothing that would deem a substantial stake by anyone other than myself and my personal appreciation for the product. Nonetheless, Matt checked in with me via text and voice message with a pleasant and extensive explanation regularly during the 4 month wait keeping me comfortable with the status of my order as well as confident that I had options if the need should arrise. Interestingly enough, this is the kind of treatment I've grown to expect from Sweetwater regardless of the nature of my order. But this particular experience is proof to me that I am in good hands with Matt Subers and company. It is my sincere belief that the world of customer service can consider Sweetwater Sound to be the gold standard.

My husband is a drummer and wanted a new crash cymbal. I knew what brand to get but not much more than that. The cymbal I order was back ordered so I got a message from Victor to see if he could help me find something comparable. I called back and spoke with Eric. We'll let me tell you, customer service is alive and well at Sweetwater. Eric is a drummer and was so helpful, patient and understanding. He helped me find a perfect replacement that was in stock And made sure it arrived in time for my husband's birthday at no additional charge. My husband couldn't be happier with his new cymbal and praised Sweetwater for the awesome customer service! Thank you Sweetwater for your help making my husband's birthday a very happy birthday!

I have been dealing with Nate Hutson, one of their consultants, for the better part of two months in designing the best DJ system for my son. As a musician it was clear that Nate's knowledge for music transitions well for his passion for equipment. In the end he built and excellent system which has allowed my son to grow his business. The customer service was impeccable--they truly blew my mind. I recently bought an adapter for my Zoom field recorder--an AD14 5V 1000mA Q3/H4N AC Adapter--which was just over $20. Despite my small purchase, they called me personally to let me know they had received my order and then sent a follow up email with tracking. The package came--with candy inside--right on time! I am really impressed.

This is the only and best place to buy your gear. I don't care if you spend 20.00 or 5000.00 this place goes above and beyond with there service. In a world where customer service is completely gone. It's alive and well here. I won't buy anywhere else.

I wanted to order two guitar keepers as a gift but had questions about the different varieties so I sent an email to Sweetwater. Within a short time a sales engineer, Colton Kreuzer, contacted me and was so helpful and polite. Even though my purchase was a small one he treated me as if I had purchased an expensive guitar. Additionally, the shipment arrived three days later. I will definately recomment this company to all of my family and friends.

I ordered a Bullhead music/guitar stand as a gift for my husband. A mice guy from Sweetwater called the day they got the order to thank me and to ask how I found them. The Bullhead music/guitar stand arrived today as is way better than expected. Sweetwater will get our music gear orders from now on. Above and beyond is how I would describe Sweetwater.

My Sales Engineer, Andy Miller, recommended a Focusrite Solo as the best way to both Phantom Power my studio Mic and link it to my MAC via USB. The solo sounds great and could not have been easier to set up. Thank you so much!
