I ordered one through a scam company in NY and should have been more careful, BBB reports were horrible. Anyway after ordering my synth at a much lower price than most stores I was told that the order was back ordered and would be filled 2 to 3 months after my purchase. The other music equipment stores had this in stock for a slightly higher price. I contacted Sweetwater and asked if they could price match and they wanted my information on the product how far the shipping was and the price I was quoted. I told them the truth and they matched the other less than GREAT companies price and were extremely kind and hooked me the f..k up. I will always remember them treating me like a king and giving me a huge break on price and shipping so my old ass can play with a wonderful new toy.
