“I purchased a Classic board the advert on the website said upgrade to Bluetooth and you would get a free bag, well I upgraded and never got the free bag I have emailed various times without any success, I have tried to call customer services multiple times and what a joke that is I think its just a method to subject you to their advertising I waited for 20 minutes and got no answer and that at 0905 this morning the line only opened at 0900.
the tracking number I got from Swegway was useless as their courier tracking site UK Mail did not recognise the number again that was emails to try and sort out but the issue was never resolved.
So all in all Swegway has the poorest customer service I have had in a long time I would not recommend using Swegway there are other suppliers out there who should perform better, I will never use this company again.”

“Despite avoiding items marked 'sold out' on the website, the goods never arrived. When I queried irt I was told that it was out of stock and would be with me direct from the manufacturer in Germany within 3-5 working days. Two weeks later, still no delivery.
Emailed to query then cancel the order, but got no reply. Called to cancel and get a refund, but a week later it is still not done, and now I can't even get through on the phone.
Looking at all the recent feedback online for this company, I am now VERY concerned that I have been ripped off.”
