“I ordered and paid for these items on 25/11/2016 and almost three weeks later I still haven't received it. It is my daughters main Christmas gift and I am worried it's not going to arrive on time. I have been promised an upgrade to the Bluetooth version and I am still having to prove that is the case (which I do have email proof. I have also been advised that this will be here about 6-8 times now and still no delivery. This is a joke. Not long now until Christmas and still no Christmas gift for me daughter!”
“Segway arrived promptly after placingg order and we were initially delighted with the service until we plugged it in and realised it was not working properly. Then the trouble started. We were promised a replacement item after sending off two videos of the defective segway and were promised (after numerous times attempting to call customer services) that we would receive a replacement and the defective Segway would be collected. This has not happened. I get the same response from customer services every time I call and my call is eventually answered, that they are "very sorry,that the item is in stock and it will be with me in two working days. The postage collection service did not arrive yesterday so they will put it today's post and myand my order will definitely be in this collection". My first object was delivered on of 21 November and this issue has yet to be resolved and it is Christmas next week and I have no present for my son. Really regret going with this company. Please someone sort this asap.”
“Initially we were not advised that our order was out of stock. Our payment had been taken two weeks prior yet we had to chase ukswegways for a delivery date and were actually lied to on two occasions. Very poor customer service indeed.”

“Buy a Scooter with my credit card through the WorldPay system with transaction number ID # 4508399723 and then tell me that you can pay with the credit card that I have to pay with another system, then I have them with a wire transfer and step Correctly the payment but I have not returned the first payment I made with my credit card.
I am worried that they have not returned the money to my credit card, I hope Swegway's answer to solve this issue.

In regards to it being left on your doorstep we are going to investigate this because we have a contract with our courier to get it to yourself safely and this isn't the case and we do apologise for this. “Order late. Said they had misplaced my order. When board arrived wheels babdly scuffed and scratched reported to customer services online through there portal but no joy!!!!”
“I ordered what I thought was a new swegway (as sold on the phone). I received it and it had visible scratches on the board and marks on the wheels. The battery was not working either. After a number of calls and emails to the so called customer service department they agreed to take it back. I had to pay £20 to send it back, but was reimbursed. I have received what I thought would be a new swegway today (one week after my sons birthday) and it is not new at all they have just updated the battery and sent the old one back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY YOUR CHILD A SWEGWAY..”
“Received only part of my order as it was a bundle offer but no note to say this was the case as they were waiting on delivery of the trolley seat. I think this should have been made clear in the parcel not the customer having to phone.
Christmas present so cannot review the actual product as yet”
