“Unfortunately my swimwear ($279) never arrived at my house even though swimwear galore said it had been delivered and someone else had forged a signature on it. I’ve asked swimwear galore for next steps on how to get the item or refund but they are now ignoring my my 2 calls. (No answer from their customer service so I’ve left 2 messages) I received one email with the details of the phantom delivery then they haven’t responded after that even though I have emailed back. I will be taking further steps. Very bad customer service so far I’m afraid.”

Hi Jo, Thank you for taking our call. As mentioned, we have raised a formal investigation with Australia Post in regards to your parcels whereabouts as it was marked as delivered and signed for with a forged signature which is totally unacceptable. As soon as I have any updates from Australia Post, I will be sure to reach out to you! Again, we are very sorry that this has occurred and we are endeavouring to get this resolved for you in a timely manner.

“Huge selection to choose from. Fantastic service. I bought several to try on, kept 2 & returned the rest. I'm not comfortable trying on in-store, with assistants hovering. The best way to buy swimwear, in my opinion.”

“Could not have asked for more - ordered bathers online which arrived within two days. Unfortunately these had to be returned as they didn't look right on me - the return was very quick and very easy!! Purchased more bathers online - again arrived within a couple of days. They were perfect! Can not recommend this store enough! They take the pressure out of buying bathers!!”
