“In store an assistant was good at taking me to the right area to search for what I was looking for and helping me select some options to try on. I couldn't take all of them in to the change room as I had one too many. (fair enough) However, after trying some on and realising I needed other sizes in some styles, no one was around to help or even get the other pair I had to leave at the desk. I had to get dressed and go out in the shop to continue shopping. Staff seemed to be more focussed on putting away stock than helping. The store did not have the item I wanted in the size I required. They did not tell me that I could get it online with free delivery and return if it was not right. I ended up doing that and the delivery was quick and easy. Store service disappointing,especially as I was shopping by myself.”

“Bathers were nice, but first pair were faulty and had to return/ buy a new pair. Still waiting for the refund to be processed even though Australia Post informed me that they were received by you last week.”

“I've never bought bathers online before, but I saw these and loved the colour and cut. I used to wear Speedos decades ago and knew the quality so I ordered from this company. I had confidence in Swimwear Galore knowing the shop in Sorrento, Vic., even though I live in SA. So pleased with my purchase. Perfect fit. Love the racer back straps, medium leg. Now in my 70s they are the most comfortable bathers I have worn for years. Very quick delivery too, even at Christmas.”
