Product was good quality but the top was too big. Too much hassle to bother with returning.

Love your service - quick and efficient but the size guide I followed meant that I bought a top that was too big and it was larger when it was wet so too too big as a rashi which needs to be a snug fit.

In store an assistant was good at taking me to the right area to search for what I was looking for and helping me select some options to try on. I couldn't take all of them in to the change room as I had one too many. (fair enough) However, after trying some on and realising I needed other sizes in some styles, no one was around to help or even get the other pair I had to leave at the desk. I had to get dressed and go out in the shop to continue shopping. Staff seemed to be more focussed on putting away stock than helping. The store did not have the item I wanted in the size I required. They did not tell me that I could get it online with free delivery and return if it was not right. I ended up doing that and the delivery was quick and easy. Store service disappointing,especially as I was shopping by myself.

Bathers were nice, but first pair were faulty and had to return/ buy a new pair. Still waiting for the refund to be processed even though Australia Post informed me that they were received by you last week.

The swim top and bottoms I purchased are exceedingly small for my 6 year old grandson and will have to be used for a smaller sibling. I am sure there must have been an error made in labelling because they are tiny compared to previous smaller sizes purchased from you. Because I removed the label I cannot return them.

Hi Linda, we are so sorry that the swim top and bottoms weren't quite the right fit. Sizing may differ slightly depending on the brand, which is why we always advise checking the sizing chart whenever ordering, as well as trying the product on before removing the tags. I felt very uncomfortable as a woman that has had 5 children and lost weight and being 52 It felt like there was no one I could relate too…. The girls in the change rooms were wonderful (but very young) I went through the lowest moment in my life when I was asked what are they (stretch marks ) but they are on your legs. Yes they are …. is that normal

Oh no! We're so sorry the straps weren't quite right. This particular style does feature adjustable straps that are also removable if you don't like the fit! I had to send swimmers back because I ordered the wrong size. Communication was great however am still waiting for my refund.

Great range of colourful kids swimwear but not really suitable for tweenagers. There is a real gap in the market for this age group - girls who are 10/11 who are developing and need larger sizes but don’t want to wear ‘adult’ swimwear. We loved the tankini we bought but had to send it back as it was too small and a particularly skimpy cut. A real shame.

I ordered 3 swimsuits, including a black one. I returned one swimsuit. However, I didn't realize until I had returned that one, and had removed tags from the black one that it was actually very (very) dark blue. Disappointing.

Hi Anne, we're so sorry that this happened. We always recommend double-checking the colour when ordering, as this particular style was ordered in the Night Sky colour way instead of the Black. We're so sorry for this inconvenience though xx

I received my order pretty quickly, I have now sent it back to change sizing, it has been around 3 weeks. Hopefully I revive it soon!

Service was good but bathers selected were of such rigid material that there was insufficient stretch to pull on. I have returned them.

I Love the feel of my bikinis and the support however, the straps are a little thin and twist over. I feel if they were wider they would sit better and be more comfortable.
