“Been to their store in Melbourne many years ago and remember being very impressed with their selection so when it came time to upgrade I looked them up online. First time ordering swim suites online but took the risk given their good returns policy and past in-person experience. Was very happy. Their online descriptions were fair and accurate. I particularly liked the advice based on body shape. They made it very easy. And happy to report I didn't need to use their returns policy.”

“Impressed with short delivery timeframe. Easy process and great range of swimsuit brands and designs. Caters to all ages and sizes. Swimsuit I purchased is as described and I'm happy with my purchase. Also purchased a swim cap in a separate transaction a week earlier and same applies - received within a few days and a good quality item.”

“I was sent a snorkel that leaked profusely by the second use. I emailed them about the problem and was told I’d have to fill in their forms (which I consider doing their admin work but unpaid) and post it back (more unpaid commuting and time not paid), where they would assess if it was indeed faulty and if it was deemed faulty, then I’d get a refund. So much running around when they are at fault. I don’t have time for this so threw it in the bin.”

We aim to ensure a seamless returns process and that's why we offer free returns shipping. We ask for faulty products to be sent back to us so that we can assess the issue and unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement or refund without assessing the product physically ourselves. But we apologize for any inconvenience caused!
