“Systemsat service very good and quick however the delivery driver dropped my parcel over a 6ft gate and left it in the rain!! Perhaps you should find a new delivery service.”

“Pleased so far with one exception. I first tried to pay by credit card for my 1.1m dish, and failed after 3 or 4 retries, and ended up paying with my debit card. I was called by the anti-fraud dept of my bank (First Direct) a day later saying that your payment system was first trying to put a £3 charge on my card before taking the full amount. My banks automatic system therefore rejected the transaction as it was setting off fraud alarms. I prefer to pay online with a credit card as it gives extra protection and so this might influence my choice of supplier next time round. Regards, Martin”

This is strange, we do not charge for any cards at this is particularly clear on the Sagepay checkout displaying charges at 0.00 for each. We transact many many transactions and we have never come across a £3 charge that we have not stipulated otherwise it would be very clear. We strongly believe that either your bank was referring to another purchase or your bank hasn't investigated this correctly. In any case we at this stage have not charged for any form of credit cards or debit cards.

“Very prompt service. Only downside was that packaging and contents were very damp and the packing tape was coming off. Luckily no electronic part inside. I guess your courier company left it in the rain!”

“arrived sooner than expected & quality expected. Sight damage to edge of dish believe due to edge resting in bottom of packaging. Easily bent back & not affecting dish reflector shape. Being perforated dish edge much less rigid. Packaging require internal support to hold dish off bottom of packaging to avoid issues in future. No parts missing & for price good quality. Performance unknown until installed. But have no reason to expect poor performance.”

“Delivery service was excellent we were kept up to date in every part of the despatch process so was very impressed initially. What a shame when the goods arrived that the installation instuctions were completely different to the products we received. After two hours trying to work out how to put together we finally assembled the products. The proof will be in the pudding when we use the dish at the weekend. So would have been a very good rating if the above was clearer. Thanks Jane Robinson”
