“I have emailed you with reference to the fact there are no assembly diagrams with the equipment. Although the delivery was good the lack of instructions is poor. I have now received the instructions by email.”

“Order included a satellite finder with free cable. No cable arrived. There is nothing more annoying than a missing part! Parts were packed well. System sat responded quickly and positively and helped with additional installation info. Would use again.”

“The product was of good quality and the price was reasonably good, the only issue have is with the assembly instructions , which was poorly printed. it was hard to read. otherwise i would have given it 5 star review.”

“My order and requirements were dealt with quickly and efficiently. the gods were delivered as promised.\nvery satisfactory.\n\nsome confusion between next day delivery and named day delivery I thought I was getting next day but paid for named. £3.50 is not the end of the world just very pleased with your response.”

“Delivery and quality very good but lack of set up instructions except for web address not so good. Instructions in .rar format. Emailed for advice, very prompt response but recommendation to use winrar or winzip (neither on my computer) required a purchase unless prepared to install 'free' products that carried with them all sorts of advertising, pop-ups and in some cases unwanted programs that wanted to 'make changes to my computer'. I think it would be better if the instructions/information were availabe in pdf format as Adobe is either installed or free to instal on all computers.”
