Order 8 days ago not received it yet.your quick enough take money.your service is rubbish. Phone you up spoken to someone.they said phone me back.not herd nothing yet ....john hill

Hi, we have proceeded with a full refund and the card you have use is coming as fraud that why we requested you to do a bank transfer. You can treat us a thief as we are not so please make sure you remove the message.

I have been sent the wrong cable, the connection on the dish is screw on, the cable you sent me does not fit and is push on, I have a screw on cable from an old set but is only 24 inches long, which is no good for a caravan

tracking says parcel left with neighbour, taxi firm,,, i live in a cul de sac with 20 or so houses in it , no firms of any sort, then told it was left at number 25 , not correct , tried also 24, and 22, no sign, why was no card left through my door telling me where it was left, the guy i spoke to at system sat was very helpful [danny]....... but still waiting for my satelite system, not very good service dont you think.

Item was lost/damaged by Yodel. A replacement was promised next day but was never despatched. Had to cancel client appointment last minute, they were not happy. Only comment from SystemSat was to agree that Yodel was useless. If you know they are that bad, use a different courier!! Ordered from a different company, got more cable for less money and guaranteed next day delivery.

I have made a mistake and ordered a wrong size dish and agreed to exchange, but after paying for delivery back to the seller, nobody came to pick up the dish and now i want my refund, but have being told that i have to pay for administrative expenses such as 'packaging, box, etc'. I am absolutely disappointed with the seller and wouldnt recommend to anybody.

Incorrect contents in package. Two transmitters instead on one transmitter and one receiver. Hard work getting it sorted at their office in north London. Bad attitude.

Hi, We gave respect to all our customers, we apologise if you thought any different. We understood the issue, customer was abrupt, loud and did not listen to reason. In any case the customer received what he wanted, another Receiver together with the transmitter and the rest of the cables. The set was complete.

I just want to warn you if you decide to buy something which is a Special order, delayed despatch, and nobody anywhere does not say how many have to wait. I endured the third week, every time I call them on the phone, they told me at 100% next week on Wednesday will send it, passed Wednesday satellite receiver never sent. After three weeks I called them back they told me that the satellite receiver is arrived the same day they sent it to me, but I call them them later in the day again. And guess what ... should I wait more, but how only God knows how long. I am very disappointed by this company and I would not have used it ever again. They gave me full refund.

Very unhappy as my Technomate 5402 M3 receiver-recorder is faulty and Aj says I need to return it to Technomate. To his credit, Ashley was very helpful and I appreciate that. But at the end of the day it has cost me many hours of my time with various attempts at trying things, resetting and downloading software etc. Now I have to mess about packing it and fork out postage after all the hassle. To make matters worse I later spotted that I could have got it via Amazon for £6 cheaper and they provide free postage for returns!

Order was not delivered Saturday am, 9th January as expected and not seen yet. I paid extra for sat am delivery...no delivery. EXTRA FEEDBACK, THANKS, THE TECHNOMATE TM-TWIN-OE TURNED UP... A USER MANUAL IN THE BOX WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL, MAYBE YOU COULD POST ME ONE, SEEMS TO BE WORKING ANYWAY...BUT NOT SURE WHICH BUTTONS TO PRESS..
