“This is the second purchase from System Sat and they do seem to be very good, although the second time round I noted a huge increase in the shipping charges for relatively the same thing. Additional margin I assume. Even with the large shipping increase the price was just about reasonable.”

“Sat dish and LNB arrived within 2 days however the advertised dish displayed a twist lock feature of the LNB arm and the supplied dish has a screw type holder fitting, otherwise the prouduct appears of good quality.”

“I thought I had ordered a white cable as I used the filters provided for manufacturer, colour and length required.\n It was only when I received an e-mail confirming items dispatched that I noticed the colour had defaulted to black!!\nI tried again with a dummy order and the same happened.\n\nI used their customer support to help me with the items I required. They responded very quickly and gave excellent advice. I placed an order about 3pm on the Friday, had confirmation about 4.30pm same day and the package arrived the next morning”

“The dish and fittings were excellent. The compass was rubbish and more driven by its own weight than what was North or South. Anyway, couldn't find Astra 2 and had to have a man out - another £36. Signal strength and quality now superb. I think that without a professional satellite finder you are unlikely to achieve the desired result. A one degree inaccuracy here on Earth translates to 700 miles out - in space. Otherwise customer service, delivery and price were incredibly good.”

“Very good product - wf100 sat cable\nUnfortunately you use City link which is the worst courier I know - they left a card even although we were in and when I made the journey to collect I was told I could not get it until, the next day.\nI do now have problems with other couriers and get a lot of parcels delivered.\nI suggest that you use another courier.”

“No problem at all with your site/price and service assistance. \n\nReceived package from your chosen carrier City Link at 4.30pm 18th March. Was led to believe that this was a next day service ( so Monday 17th then - as weekend intervenes). \n\nSo....stayed in all day Monday - no show.\n\nOnly found out from "Tracking Service" on Tuesday morning - it was on van for delivery today!!!\n\nThat didn't help - as I had already satyed in all day on the previous day.\n\nI don't really have a problem with the time it took form order to delivery - BUT think that the carrier should NOT say "next day" - or charge you for delivering it on next working day pus one - which in this case was 5 days later (includes the "sacred" weekend). This just messes people waiting for delivery, about.\n\nSuggest seller sorts out deliverer - and gets them NOT to make statements which are factually incorrect. If it takes 5 days - say so.\n\nI recommend the seller - but NOT deliverer.\n\n”

“Overall service was very good. Product descriptions were very good and check out was very easy. I was kept informed by email at each stage of the process. Delivery to Ireland took only six days including a weekend . The only downside was i didn't get the dish i ordered. My order was for a 1 metre mesh dish but i received a 1 metre solid dish. It's not a big deal but an explanation would of been nice. \n”

“I wanted a satellite dish that would enable me to continue receiving free-to-air satellite transmissions in the south of France now that these services have been migrated to a different satellite. Delivery to France would have doubled the cost of the dish, so I got it delivered to my sister's home in England, but have yet to get it installed in Nice to check whether it will do the job. Delivery took place exactly as promised so "so far, so good" and only 4 stars as yet...”

“Product features were as described. Delivery was as promised- for free delivery. Setting up the receiver was a bit fiddly. One area for improvement may be to give more guidance on the purchase of CAM and the appropriate use for subscription channels. The wiring guidance for connecting to the TV needs to be improved. The wiring diagram on Page10 and 13 of the user manual needs a magnifying lens to decipher the words printed. Perhaps this is for the manufacturer- who appears to be local.”

“Arrived promptly and products were as described. Would be helpful to more clearly indicate that the product (dish) does not come with a stand off wall mount and make suggestion as to what is a suitable stand off mount for the product as had to purchase this separately from another local seller”
