“My purchase experience was great. The staff clearly communicated when a change in supply location occurred that affected my item's shipping timeframe. They somewhat overcommunicated though. I've never been asked to provide an email response that my item did indeed arrive.”

“Ok I did a bad review yesterday because I felt I was getting nowhere with the company. Today the VP of Customer Relations contacted me and offered me not only a refund but also a new case. I will get to try a new case and have a new warranty. This company says they stand by their products and that is 100 % true. Sometimes defects happen and I will send another review after using the new case with back-lit keyboard.”

“Tablet2Cases stood by the 2 year warranty after my iPhone X case showed signs of damage. They did not direct me back to the OEM (Mujjo) as others might have. Their customer service team was courteous, prompt, and very helpful as they replaced my case. As a result of the great experience, I purchased a new iPhone 12 case from them. Despite shipping delays, they kept me informed and even credited me for a partial delay. I will buy again from this great company.”
