Glad to hear you are happy with the unit. Sorry to hear that your gas company did not honor their rebate. Make sure to check when doing your taxes on the federal rebate for switching to a tankless.

I replaced my old 1968 Rheem boiler and a 5 year old water heater with a new Rheem combination home heating boiler/domestic water heater. It is working great and we are seeing a monthly average 30%+ reduction in natural gas useage. It should pay for itself in 8 to 10 years, which is 2 years before the warrantee expires.”

“Love the tankless water heater, love the ability to have hot water after the teenagers are done taking showers. Technical support was a little lacking. Was trying to get help with the recirculation line and programming then unit. Takes a thermostat and momentary push buttons throughout the house. Also the one way check valve needed to be installed in a horizontal position, not vertical. Once it was up and running would never go back, takes a small amount of time to get used to it, but the days of the old water heater telling you it was time to finish the shower are over. Love it.”
