We're sorry this product did not work for your application. The 6 hour photoluminescent tape emits a light green glow but is not designed to replace your LED or battery operated light blub that actually creates light. It's best suited to be visible is near darkness such as in the event of a power failure to illuminate exits.That said, free return labels were delivered last week to each of your email addresses in our systems. You can return the product to us for a refund within 30 days. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you at this time.

I contacted your company - got a nice note back with a video to watch and then was able to get the runner to work and get it loaded. I was told that your company would send me the two rolls of tape that I wasted but never heard anything more from you. I never received these two rolls and realize that it isn't a big amount of money wasted but I just wanted to let you know what I was told and what was done.”
