“I received my tape in a timely manner customer service was great. I could not find my scrap-booking tape refills at any craft store anymore but The Tape Depot carried them. I am very happy I do not have to buy a new tape gun and I can continue to use my current tape gun.”
“The "scrapbooking tape" is functional, and worth the cost difference from the official ATG Scotch brand tape. It doesn't dispense quite as smoothly as the Scotch tape, and it also comes individually wrapped which is kind of unnecessarily wasteful. Other than that, it serves its function and we will keep purchasing it.”
“I teach scrapbooking and card making classes. I purchased some tape for my ATG gun and then found out from a friend that I needed an adaptor. I contacted the company and even though my order had already been processed, they sent me an email saying that they would gladly send me some adaptors free of charge.
